"The train arrived at 6 am and the front desk sister quickly checked in. The room was very comfortable and warm, there was no smell, the towel bedding in the room was very refreshing, and I immediately slept back to the cage. "Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

"1. Checked out from 2nd to 3rd. We had seen the room in advance when we arrived on the 2nd. It was on the first floor, just like what we saw online, perfect. But when we went to the room at night, we smelled a strong smell of sewer backflow mixed with the fragrance of aromatherapy. It was completely uninhabitable. Then they said they would change us to a king-size room. They said they were all similar, so we agreed to change rooms. But when we went to the new room, we found that the blinds on the window of the room were broken. The room was facing the side of the road and it was light-permeable. We asked the waiter to change us to another room. Their rooms were full. So they asked them to repair it or find a piece of cloth to help cover it. Because there were two girls, it was really inconvenient. As a result, the waiter found a pillow, took it over and saw that it couldn't cover it at all, so we asked them how to solve it. Then she said she would ask the store manager. After the store manager came, his attitude was very good. He said that the room was full and they could only use a pillow to cover it. Then the pillow and the pillow just covered half of it. I slept there last night, and then they sent fruit.
2. They said breakfast would be between 8 and 11 the next day, so we thought we would go at 10:30 so we could eat and go out to play. But when we got there, there were only leftovers and cold milk, and it was still cold. The business standard room we booked was upgraded to an executive standard room for free.
Traveling as a family of four with two children, the two 1.5cm beds are super comfortable. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, and families traveling with children can close their eyes. There is a tea bar machine at the elevator entrance on each floor: milk tea, coffee, milk, and hot water are continuously supplied.
There are many types of breakfast, the service is also in place, all aspects are in order, the breakfast environment is very good, you can have breakfast leisurely.

The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight. I have two small suggestions: it is recommended to use conditioner and a larger humidifier.

Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. The self-service laundry is also very clean and convenient, and the breakfast is even more eye-catching. It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers.

It was renovated from an old house. It is very spacious and has all the facilities. The yard is very beautiful and there is a terrace. Whether you sit in the yard or go to the platform to enjoy the breeze, it is very comfortable.
The service staff are also very enthusiastic.
The only regret is that there is a faint damp smell in the room, which is a bit unfriendly for people like me with a very sensitive nose.

was previously a hotel converted into an international youth hostel. We booked a twin-bed room for one night. There is a Uyghur girl who spoke impecable Mandarin with a tad bit of Beijing ascent at the front desk when we arrived. The check-in was speedy. The room was spacious and clean so were the bedding (no foul smell). The uniqueness about this hostel is, it does not provide bath towels and toilet papers. Instead, guests are given one-use towels and a pack of tissue papers which we double up as toilet papers. Initially, I thought the one-use towels (place on a try in the room) were bathing soap because they were in compressed form so I went to ask the Uyghur girl for towls and she told me those are actually compressed one-use towels.
There are restaurants and minimarts next to the hostel and a night food street nearby (approx 200-300m by foot). No a bad choice if you need a layover or a couple of days stay to explore Kuqa.
