Atour Properties in Lanzhou

Lanzhou Xigu Atour Hotel deserves a five-star recommendation] I stayed at Atour for nine days during the Spring Festival. I felt warmed by the service and details of Atour! The hotel has convenient parking, the underground parking lot is spacious and free, and self-driving tours are completely stress-free. The daily breakfast is very sincere, not only with authentic beef noodles and freshly ground coffee, but also with rich Chinese and Western choices, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The room design is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable and helps sleep, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. It is still quiet and comfortable to stay for many days. The front desk and room service are warm and thoughtful, and they actively provide travel guides. During the festival, they also gave small gifts. The geographical location is superior, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. It is also convenient to go to scenic spots such as the Yellow River Scenic Line. A very comfortable hotel with fantastic staff! we had a problem with our original booking via a famous booking site, because could not pay at the hotel with our credit cards. So, we were able to pay online on Trip.The staff was very patient and kind. Everyone employed at this hotel is amazing, but the guys at the reception are phenomenal! The management should take note and award them, in order to keep them at their hotel. They are the best asset this hotel has.

The room is super big, Atour's consistent quality I washed clothes in the middle of the night and prepared to check them early in the morning. When I opened the door, I found that the clothes were already hanging on the door handle (with my room number written on a note). It turns out that Atour is more thoughtful than Seasons! Oh, there was a yoga mat in the room. I got up at 7:30 and did some yoga. It was awesome!

Convenient to Xiguan metro stop and walkable to the Iron Bridge on the Yellow River.You enter through the parking lot and go to the 19th floor, which can be confusing the first time. Excellent breakfast. Lovely dining room. Laundry,gym, even a library. Highly recommend.
