Hotel location: The hotel is in a very good location. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from Lanzhou West Railway Station. There is a bus stop at the door for direct access. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Gansu Provincial Museum and about 10 minutes by taxi. Environmental facilities: clean and hygienic, and the decoration looks very comfortable. The bathroom is large, there is a small refrigerator in the room, and a bottle of water is placed to keep it cold, which is very considerate. The most important thing is the breakfast, which is very rich. If my friends didn't want to go out to eat, I would really like to have breakfast in the hotel every day! Hotel service: The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. After the three of us checked in, we were surprised to find three pairs of slippers when we came back the next day, which was really thoughtful.

People at the reception were friendly and very helpful. The room with a large window has great view over the Yellow River and was fine, everything worked well, as to be expected from Atour. We arrived very late in the night, when the restaurant was closing, but we were told where we could still get some night snack (the famous Lanzhou beef noodles, very tasty) about 12min. walk along the river to the left. The hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant, where one can enjoy a panoramic view over the city. A bus stop right in front of the hotel, or an easy catch of a taxi makes getting around town easy.

The professionalism of the service team was truly impressive. The young lady at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic while processing our check-in, and even proactively recommended local delicacies. The cleaning staff were meticulous, thoughtfully replenishing bottled water, drinks, and toiletries. We even had the pleasant surprise of a complimentary room upgrade! The bedding was soft and spacious, complemented by a sofa at the foot of the bed, making for an exceptionally comfortable rest. The control buttons by the bed and the side table with outlets by the window showed a precise attention to detail, perfectly catering to the needs of business travelers.
