Amazing hotel, so easy to find very clean very chill smoke free. The ladies in the counter were super nice. They have free tea super close to the city wall is a walk and then in Metro is like 15 minutes away from the bell and drum tower. they help us figure out the laundry and also put it on the room. They also gave us a spare key when we lost ours overall one of the best hotels that I have seen in China, and also the surroundings of the hotel are very nice. They have a lot of food places very cheap to eat and a lot of like coffee and places to grab a drink before going places and it’s also 10 minutes walking from the metro station and it’s super walkable with luggage

I also came here based on reviews I saw on my phone, with a 'let's just try it' attitude. Turns out the hotel was far better than I expected! Traveling with a child, the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming, and the housekeeping auntie was also super friendly. I absolutely have to give them a big thumbs up! I really love the city of Xi'an and will definitely bring my family here again next time. Thumbs up!

The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned very clean. The staff is very considerate and professional. It is very close to the city that never sleeps and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and you can walk there. The overall price is right, and the next trip will be preferred. The front desk staff went through the formalities, efficient and friendly, highly recommended.
