GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

GGuest UserThe room is clean, with a nice view from the window. The sanitary washroom is also a feature of Ibis. The room looks very spacious. As for the location, there is a quiet road without the noise of traffic. It's very close to Kuniyoshi and there are many delicious restaurants within one kilometer.

✔️The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful
✔️The room is very clean and tidy, the TV and bed light are well controlled, and the heating is sufficient
✔️The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a hair dryer and sockets, and good drainage
✔Clean up the room every day
️✔️The laundry room is super good, the smart TV can show the status of the washing machine and dryer
✔️Takeaway is delivered to your door by robots
✔️The elevator requires a room card to reach the floor, which is very safe
✔️Located on Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, very convenient
✔️The hotel is in a shopping mall. Parking is not allowed in front of the building because it is a pedestrian street, but you can park on Zhongshan Road or Yongchang North Road and walk for 30 seconds
✋️There are several stairs to enter the building, please be careful with large suitcases

But design of the room:
Look at the shower room transparent door facing the entrance- this is my first time seeing such design flop. And the other toilet which does not have water pipe to clean the floor- the housekeeper has to use the drinking flask to pour water on the floor.
Plus the reception asked to write review on my behalf - dishonesty.

GGuest UserGreat for a one-night layover. The complimentary airport pick-up was fantastic. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable for our stay.

**Service:** Excellent and very thoughtful. The airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient and a huge help. The breakfast was clean, though a little basic.

6631007****Booked this room for a friend, and they absolutely loved it! They mentioned the room facilities were excellent and the environment was fantastic. Definitely great value for money. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even helped with their luggage. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone! Plus, its close proximity to the train station is super convenient.

GGuest UserAmazing location and excellent facilities. We do not speak mandarin but were able to communicate with translation apps.
The staff were friendly and helpfull, the scenery was spectacular, and the accomodation was very comfortable.
Highly recommend staying here ! dinner was available via ordering from a menu to a local restaurant which the staff organised.
Wifi was available, and the mobile phone coverage was good also.
Excellent walking paths nearby from the hotel.

둥둥이언닝Location: It's near Zhengninglu Night Market, so you can enjoy a variety of food.
Service: I like that the staff is friendly and responds promptly.
Facilities: The rooms are spacious, they are cleaned every day, and anything that is lacking is always filled.
Breakfast: There is a variety of food, and I highly recommend the beef noodles prepared by the chef.
What is lacking:
I think it would be good to prepare an ice maker for foreigners, or prepare ice separately.
It would be nice if you could prepare orange juice or lemon juice as a cold drink. It was my first time trying warm orange juice.
