ZZhuzhumeimiThe plane landed very late. As a transit accommodation, I expected it to be just fine, but in fact everything exceeded my expectations. I was very satisfied. The room layout is reasonable, the design is simple, stylish and warm, clean and comfortable, there is airport pick-up service, the price is affordable, and breakfast is also available. Although I didn't eat it in a hurry, it won't be bad if I can imagine it. I will choose this hotel again in the future!

GGuest UserNice and comfy hotel with a great bed and hot shower. The shower room is a little dated but good enough. The breakfast gets hit quite hard by the early risers heading out on trips but we had some fruit and eggs etc around 9am as we were spending the day in the city
There's no coffee, bring your own! Plenty of lukin coffee shops around that can be delivered to your room. Great food streets about.
This was an excellent price, my only real criticism was that such a big western brand still allows smoking in public areas. Literally guys smoking at the breakfast buffet. We booked a non smoking room and it was non smoking, only the communal areas seem affected.
We would stay here again!

✔️The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful
✔️The room is very clean and tidy, the TV and bed light are well controlled, and the heating is sufficient
✔️The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a hair dryer and sockets, and good drainage
✔Clean up the room every day
️✔️The laundry room is super good, the smart TV can show the status of the washing machine and dryer
✔️Takeaway is delivered to your door by robots
✔️The elevator requires a room card to reach the floor, which is very safe
✔️Located on Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, very convenient
✔️The hotel is in a shopping mall. Parking is not allowed in front of the building because it is a pedestrian street, but you can park on Zhongshan Road or Yongchang North Road and walk for 30 seconds
✋️There are several stairs to enter the building, please be careful with large suitcases

AAnonymous UserGreat location within walking distance of the largest shopping mall in Lanzhou. Staff were extremely helpful and recommended for us to visit the Lanzhou Museum which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast at the hotel is superb with a wide selection of Chinese cuisine and Western food. Hotel also provides cute kid-sized slippers and welcome drinks/snacks. Loft room is good for families, only drawback is the lower floor was colder and should have its own heater, and there should also be a setting to turn on all the room lights fully so the room is brighter.

I feel that the stay is very safe. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window. The stay is very happy. When I left, I also sent some of our local specialties. It was very nice.

6631007****Booked this room for a friend, and they absolutely loved it! They mentioned the room facilities were excellent and the environment was fantastic. Definitely great value for money. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even helped with their luggage. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone! Plus, its close proximity to the train station is super convenient.

GGuest UserAmazing location and excellent facilities. We do not speak mandarin but were able to communicate with translation apps.
The staff were friendly and helpfull, the scenery was spectacular, and the accomodation was very comfortable.
Highly recommend staying here ! dinner was available via ordering from a menu to a local restaurant which the staff organised.
Wifi was available, and the mobile phone coverage was good also.
Excellent walking paths nearby from the hotel.

Service: I like that the staff is friendly and responds promptly.
Facilities: The rooms are spacious, they are cleaned every day, and anything that is lacking is always filled.
Breakfast: There is a variety of food, and I highly recommend the beef noodles prepared by the chef.
What is lacking:
I think it would be good to prepare an ice maker for foreigners, or prepare ice separately.
It would be nice if you could prepare orange juice or lemon juice as a cold drink. It was my first time trying warm orange juice.
