Everything is good. The hotel near bus stop cause I can join the downtown.

Hotel on the outskirts of Leipzig, next to the bus stop, Kaufland under the building. Small parking lot. Very clean and nice service. I recommend it 5 stars with a slight minus for parking. We didn't use breakfast but it is available.

The receptionist was also very kind and nice.

Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man mit der Straßenbahn und die Reise dauert ungefähr 40-50 Minuten.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber ausreichend für einen kurzen Trip.

Good morning, I stayed at this hotel group in karlsruhe in 2 rooms for 3 days at the beginning of May 2024. They charged me 30 euros for late check out for both rooms, but they charged me 15 euros more for one Late check out for a room and we were moved from one of the rooms. also the kitchen equipment did not work in one of the rooms, fortunately we had two rooms and we had to cook in one room for everyone. beyond all these inconveniences, when I returned to Paris and looked at the bill again, and mentioned to them that the kitchen equipment was not working, and that it would be appropriate to carry out a commercial gesture for this also in addition to the reimbursement of the 30 euros invoiced for no reason. They keep arguing and showing bad faith, to the point that they still haven't refund at least the 30 euros for almost 4 weeks now. Ils m'ont facturé 30 euros pour un départ tardif pour les deux chambres, mais ils m'ont fait payer 15 euros de plus pour un départ tardif pour une chambre et nous ont fait partir d'une des chambres. de plus l'équipement de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas dans une des salles, heureusement nous avions deux chambres et nous avons du cuisiner dans une seule chambre pour tout le monde. au delà de tous ces inconvénients , quand je suis revenu à paris et que j'ai regardé à nouveau la facture, et que je leur ai mentionné que l'équipement de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, et qu'il serait opportun d'effectuer un geste commercial pour cela aussi en plus du remboursement des 30 euros facturés sans raison . ils n'arrêtent pas d'argument et de faire preuve de mauvaise foi, au point qu'ils n'ont toujours pas remboursé les 30 euros à minima depuis presque 4 semaines maintenant.

We booked for a family of 5 (3 of them kids). We got a family double room with 4 beds. For the little one not bed was there, but he had to sleep in the middle of a king size bed with the bigger ones. As all rooms were full, they could not offer an alternative room. At least we got an additional blanket and pillow. The beds were clean, but the rest of the rooms were badly cleaned. The ground was sticky and we found coffee spots at the door. The bathroom was smelling badly. We had booked a parking lot, but the entrance was only 1,90m tall, so our van could not pass it and we had to park on the street. At least canceling the lot was no problem. The price was fair, but we will not stay there again, because of the bad rooms.

For a short business stay for an undemanding client, the hotel is fine. I am writing this review as a person who knows the hotel industry very well. I am deeply embarrassed and saddened by the standards of this facility. My partner found himself in a very unpleasant situation. Upon checking out, he left his jewelry on the table in the room. Hours after his departure, he contacted the hotel, receiving information that the jewelry had not been found. I am shocked by this situation. This is a violation of the professional ethics of the hotelier as I know it and a situation that should never have happened. The hotel is a place where the guest should feel at home, and therefore an intimate and safe place. It is unacceptable that the client's private belongings are lost. In view of the above, I strongly advise against staying in this place.

The hotel is not quite “Living the City” since it is 6,5 km south-west of the city center. It is in rather calm, popular suburb but seemed safe to park in the street. For the rate we had for the weekend, we did not expect much in term of quality but we did have a spacious room. The bathroom is fairly old fashion and the carpet doubtful. Wifi system did not work.
