The room is not well soundproofed, there is no heating and the air outlet is noisy. The location is very convenient, there is a train to Windsor Castle in about 5 minutes' walk, and there are buses to other attractions downstairs. The Japanese food in the hotel restaurant is not recommended, it is expensive and unpalatable 😖
