Junyi Hotels in Longsheng

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were picked up at the parking lot with a driver arranged by the hotel. They carried our suitcases up the last stretch to the hotel. Our room was upgraded so we have a panoramic view from the balcony. We went on a hike from the hotel to a scenic viewpoint which was a stunning hike. Very steep! We ate some nice and cheap Chinese food at a local restaurant. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The room itself was spacious and the beds and duvet were super comfy! Very accommodating and I would recommend! Thank you! :)

We chose to stay at Baike over a Sunday and Monday night at Ping An Village in the Longji because we saw that it was one of the top rated small hotels in China. It was also conveniently located at a short walk away from the Ping An parking lot. We were not disappointed. The service was above and beyond. The owner, Jason personally came down to greet us at the parking lot and hauled our luggages up to the hotel. Jason speaks English and is quick to respond to any information or special requests. He helped us arrange a detour to a traditional dance performance for our trip back to Guilin. One look at the place and we could tell no expenses were spared to keep all the facilities and equipment in top-notch condition. From the AC, the windows, the mosquito screens, and bathroom were in emacculate condition. Not a speck of dust, not one! For a relaxing, carefree stay at Ping An Village, we believe this is hands down the best hotel. Thank you Jason and all your staff for a wonderful and relaxing stay in the mountains.

We had a bad start as there was no one to check us in despite arriving at 3:00pm, but they apologized and made it up to us. The lady who runs the place and her two dogs were very friendly. Really bad weather in Ping’an village (Nov 13-14), luckily the room was beautiful and comfortable. It was pity we couldn’t enjoy the views from our balcony because of the fog. The bathroom was a highlight, better than the ones we had in 4* hotels all over China. One thing we did notice is that there was no table inside the room as the pictures had you believe. We did have a table in the balcony, but not inside the room, so we couldn’t use it as it was really really cold outside. The internet was fine, could do some work from my room. **On a side note, if you plan to get here from Guilin using public transportation you should think twice. We took the bus from Qintan station to Longshen at 10:00am and ended up arriving at the hotel until 3:00pm as we didn’t catch the connecting bus to Ping’An. The bus also makes a lot stops so it’s not time efficient. It was cheap though, and people at both stations were super friendly and eager to lead us to the right bus.

Facilities: quite new and clean. Hygiene: I saw the waiter wipe every railing on the balcony of the room with a rag. Alcohol disinfection is done in the room, which is really clean. Environment: The terrace is very good, eating, enjoying the scenery, and watching the stars are all very good choices. There is nothing to visit in the mountains at night, and a clean and comfortable environment in the hotel is very important. You can play cards, drink tea, and watch projections in the lobby on the first floor of the front desk. Service: There is a free rice field fishing activity (there are many insects in the water, and the children are a little scared), but it is a very interesting experience. The free glutinous rice wine is unlimited, the black tea is brewed while waiting, and the front desk is considerate and timely. Everything is very good. In addition, it is close to the No. 1 viewing platform, so it is more convenient to go there. I haven't written a review for a long time, but I think this store is worth writing about. Overall, it is recommended! Regarding food and beverage, although two breakfasts are free, there are three of us, and one is made for the children for free. The spring water chicken and bamboo tube rice are delicious. If the bamboo tube rice is not booked in advance, it will be sold out at night. Sweet and sour spare ribs are a bit like dark cuisine (choose carefully).

Guest room: with ethnic characteristics, traditional Yao retro style, the room is clean, very clean, professionally trained, B&Bs are rarely so clean, and the details are very well done. The buns and flower rolls made by my grandma herself are really delicious, authentic northern noodles. There is also the cooking skills of the young man. He can cook any dish and it is delicious. The chicken here is even more delicious, roasted chicken, sour soup fish. As a Ningbo native, I think the chicken is good enough. They also have barbecues that are delicious! Observation deck; 8 minutes to get there, all rooms can see the scenery, park the car in the parking lot, walk to the store for 3 minutes, about 100 meters, Features: His dog will lead the way, take you to the platform and bring you back, he will go to any scenic spot you say to go to, and will stop and wait for you, so smart.

Where do I even begin! My boyfriend and I traveled to this hotel during Chinese New year, the owner was kind enough to contact us and say he was in Guilin and could drive us himself to the hotel. He then helped us from Ping An parking lot to the hotel which was about 10 minute walk (local parking lot not the tourist one). Due to all shops/resturaunts being closed he cooked us a devine meal our first night and the second night was New Years Eve he invited us to join his family to have a feast and celebrate as a family. It was so special. The room was very clean and the views were stunning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a parent-child and double room. The hotel is located in Jinkeng Terraces, with view decks 1.2 on the left and 3 on the right. There are rice fields right outside the door. There is a stream a few steps down from the hotel. It is very parent-child friendly! The hotel is hygienic and clean, and the food in the store is delicious. Auntie Fa is very nice and the boss is very enthusiastic. The luggage is sent directly to the hotel. The car is parked at the foot of the hotel and it takes five minutes to walk to the hotel. There are stone steps on the mountain road and there is a road. It is full of childhood memories and I saw many plants that I saw when I was a child. Worth recommending^^ Picture 1.3 is the balcony view of the room, Picture 2 is the delicious food, Picture 4.5 is the rice field at the door, and Picture 6.7 is the viewing platform on the fourth floor to enjoy the sunrise.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, 2.3 minutes walk from the Jiulong Wuhu Observation Deck. You can park your car in the Ping'an Dazhai parking lot and take the scenic area bus directly to the entrance of Yunshangshan Inn. The room is clean and tidy with stylish decoration. The mattress is comfortable and the pillows are sufficient. The newly changed sheets and quilts are white and straight. You can see the sea of ​​clouds, the rolling mountains and the sunrise on the top of the mountain from the balcony... There is a restaurant on the first floor with hand-brewed coffee for tea... The boss is kind and tidy and will respond to any requests. It is available to stay. The beautiful scenery and food of the mountain terraces can be seen at a glance

Perfect hotel. The view from the bedroom is so good that you don't even feel like you need to leave the hotel. The food at the restaurant is also great and at a good price. They don't know how to speak english but they always tried to help with everything they could and we were able to communicate through translation apps. We booked transfers from guilin to the hotel and from the hotel to Yangshuo and everything went very smoothly (and a lot cheaper than we would get anywhere else). The breakfast is only chinese and rather small, but very tasty! We recommend this hotel to anyone going to this area.
