Wonderful hotel, location and service is best.

Overall experience is good. But then the lifts are quite confusing. Worth to try!

It is a great hotel. bed and pillows are soft and fit my style. Drink is enough and range is wild. the welcome fruit is great. Sauna room is big but no rest room is a issue. front desk service is good and let me early check in and late check out. it is a good memory to stay in this hotel and might stay again if the price is right.

booked this hotel for my boss, the hotel very concern and on point with everything will recommended for other to stay... tip please reserve the room early to save the money last min is expensive

I came to the Morpheus Hotel in Macau again. I have always liked the design style of this hotel. It has a modern and fashionable feeling. It is very considerate that the hotel prepared a room card with name and a welcome letter with photo. It is a must-stay hotel every time I come to Macau. I don’t remember how many times I have stayed in Morpheus. The experience is different every time. YaNa and Aadg, who checked in at the front desk, received our family. They were very enthusiastic and professional. The check-in was very fast. They also gave small gifts to the children. Simon in the guest room was very considerate. The room was cleaned in time because the child said that he liked to eat watermelon. I immediately prepared it when I returned to the room at night. In addition to liking its appearance, what impressed us more was the thoughtful service of their employees, which made us feel at home. Our whole family likes Morpheus Hotel!

We were given a room with a good view on a high floor (you can see the Macau University of Science and Technology, the airport and the sea from the window, a relatively open view), red wine and a large bouquet of flowers, and the room was decorated. The special room card was printed with our name and the words "Celebrate the Anniversary". The facilities are modern and the whole house is intelligently controlled by a tablet computer. Phalaenopsis and large-flowered cymbidiums are used for decoration. Mini bar is free except for wine (replenished daily), and fruit is provided (replenished daily). The bath towel on the first day is super soft. The whole building is very technological, modern and fashionable, especially the 35-meter-high lobby between the two towers and the fast-moving elevators in the two towers are very shocking. The swimming pool is on the 40th floor, with a constant temperature of 29 degrees. It is very comfortable to swim, but the wind is too strong and the water is relatively cold. Breakfast is on the 30th floor, which is a la carte (freshly made) + self-service, with very good quality, including honeycomb honey, Wagyu dandan noodles, American excellent steak, French baked eggs, sea urchin steamed dumplings, black caviar phoenix eyes, crab meat siu mai, avocado salmon baked eggs, lobster, scallops, etc., which are particularly rich. Checked in early, and because of a late flight, we were allowed to check out at 3:30. The service was very good, especially our bellman was very attentive and enthusiastic. There is a giant sculpture created by Kaws on the 23rd floor, which requires an appointment, and he also took us to visit. Other exhibits have been moved to the white gallery on the 1st floor, which can be seen for free. Very unique, a hotel worth experiencing.

In addition to the regular sanitation cleaning every day, there is also a free cleaning and changing service in the evening. Service: The service is very good, especially the hotel's front desk Tony Zhou Jinhao. At first, the hotel did not accept our order in time. It was this front desk who patiently treated and handled it. Tony also helped to find the items left in the room afterwards. The service attitude is perfect.

The hotel and the room are really beautiful, but the welcome fruit is a bit rotten. This kind of thing shouldn't happen in a hotel at this price. If you don't look carefully, can you eat rotten fruit?
