It's an easy walk to the Royal Palace, the Plaza de Espana subway stop is directly across the street, lots of restaurants close by, easy walk to Puerta del Sol, excellent dinner in the restaurant. large rooms. An extremely well run operation that should be the model for others in it's class.

1. We booked two double-bed rooms. When we checked in, we were given a double-bed room and a twin-bed room. Two gay men cannot sleep in the same bed, so we went to the front desk to coordinate, and the front desk told us to change rooms. There is an additional fee of 30 euros! It’s not like they can communicate in Chinese as Ctrip said! 3. When we arrived at the hotel, we were charged an additional deposit of 600 euros. After checking out, there is still no payment reminder! very worried!

We have chosen this hotel for our Autovista Technology Conference 2023 with 130 delegates. All worked perfectly, The organizational team was on top of all activities. Rooms very clean, service excellent l, friendly and supportive. Food for breakfast, lunch and gala dinner was high quality. The plenary room was big enough, a lot of natural light by big windows. All technical equipment and network worked perfectly. I can recommend this hotel for business events and private trips without doubts.

The hotel is in a very central location at Gran Via (main shopping street). Metro station is just a few meters away. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are quite big. There is also a nice rooftop bar with good cocktails. Due to the location the hotel is great for a weekend trip to Madrid. I would definitely stay there again.

Great time at hotel roof at cosy bar. Really helps when downtown everything keeps the heat: pavement and buildings. Nice Cold glass of Cava and beautiful view from above. Many thanks to hotel staff being so friendly, hospitable, and ceremonial. It counts nowadays twice, when many do not care about good manners. I can recommend Villa Vinci as a highly agreeable and enjoyable place to stay. Last but not least it has a strategic location at Calle Gran Via, which always guarantees you a “place to be”.

Like in other reviews, the main pro about this hotel is location. Very convenient for metro and bus access, and within reasonable walking distance to the Palacio Real. However, that’s about the only reason to book this hotel. The Front Desk staff was rude, unaccommodating, and just plain wrong. He insisted that the room was not suitable for two when the booking and rate type, both in my confirmation email and in the IHG app, clearly showed “SLEEPS 2.” When I asked if it’s a twin bed in the room, he said no it’s a queen. So I asked what’s the problem then? As we were getting our keys he then said by the way breakfast would normally be for one but in this case I give you guys the second breakfast free. As if he were trying to come across as doing us a favor, when I know for a fact that the rate I booked included breakfast for up to two guests. Our best guess is this person was ********** (it was myself and my ******** partner) and couldn’t stand the idea of us being in this room together. This is also all without so much as even acknowledging my loyalty (Gold) with IHG. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Expresses with considerably more welcoming staff than this man (won’t name him by name unless IHG reaches out) displayed at this property. Stay at this property for the location but don’t pay anything more than 60€ per night. Anything more than that is a rip off. And don’t expect to be given a warm welcome by this particular front desk person. There was another person - a woman - working the front desk but our interactions with her were unfortunately limited. Perhaps the experience would have been better if we had been welcomed by her as she was considerably more pleasant.

My stay in this apartment was fantastic. The place looked very new, was clean and had everything you need. The apartment had 2 lovely rooms an 2 bathrooms. My husband & 3 adult kids stayed here for 2 days before traveling off to the coast. We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room--this place was fantastic! It was very modern & nicely decorated, large, spotless & had every amenity one would ever need (small kitchenette, Nespresso machine, washer, etc). The large living room had a sleeper sofa & we had a small terrace off the back bedroom. The apts are in a very central location near metro stop, there are lots of restaurants & bars nearby. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The only slight negative (which wouldn't prevent me from staying there again), was that the beds were a bit hard & could have better mattresses. Will definitely look to stay there again when in Madrid--as well would book Eric Vokel Apts in other cities.
