Makati Hotels with Airport pickup service

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Love staying at New World Makati. Already my 3rd time. Just across Greenbelt 3. Walking distance to Landmark. Shops and restaurants are very accessible. Clean and safe with courteous staff. Variety of food at breakfast.

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

My first trip to MNL loved the central location with greenery around, the staff all went out of their way to please us. Minor issues with tv remote control were quickly resolved. My only side comment is that the property could do more for the environment by: putting some solar panels on the roof, filtering the chimney smoke coming out, on roof. Also in this day and age plastic pet bottles could easily be replace by local glass bottles and a small sign in the room asking guests to place towels in bathtub in case they shoul be laundered is something we all appreciate - our towels were changed daily- I forgot to make a sign for housekeeping team! But overall wonderful experience your lobby is fabulous and what a vibe anytime congratulations ! We will be back certainly! Robert & Busaba from Phuket.

This was a pleasant stay. Seven Eleven and 'empanada nation' occupy the ground floor so the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Housekeeping were fast to supply extra towels when requested. Trip was kind enough to provide an extra 2 hours late check out 'package' for free but I forgot to confirm on check in so I emailed the front desk and they replied quickly confirming.

Very convenient as of downstairs can access to food, groceries and pharmacy, this is the best part. Next, is the breakfast which is delicious. Good service, complete amenities and safe & comfort to stay for a single lady for 1 month long. But Cleanliness is just 3 star to me, it’s not really clean even though they did room service everyday.

I recently stayed at the Makati Palace Hotel and had an exceptional experience. iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

The hotel is close to shopping centers. Guests are greeted with warmth by hotel staffs. My concerns while visiting 1) foul odors in the fifth-floor corridor; I'm not sure if this is the case on other floors. 2)Some towels don't smell nice 3) Unclean swimming pool water

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They helped to assist with my request to have a lower bunk bed. The beds are thick and comfy, and while the air conditioning was very cold(20 degree), the blanket provided is very thick so no big problem. Big space for repackaging and clean floor. Only bath towel provided and no other amenities like toothbrush or comb are available for free. The relaxing space is 2nd floor is big and clean, very comfortable. The down points would be the bathroom/toilet need frequent cleaning as it is easily become dirty after each use. The breakfast selection also very limited, I saw many guests left after 10 mins. Might be better to get alacarte menu instead. The location at Makati Eve is hot spot, many restaurants and convenience stores open up till midnight. Easy to catch Grab too.
