Linda_tchFor a 5 stars hotel, I would say usually service is top notch. But, here was an extra ordinary gesture which I dint notice others are providing.
This morning I was having my breakfast while scrolling my phone. I place my phone tilted on the saucer plate 😅😂, so that it is not glaring. The restaurant staff was so thoughtful and brought this handphone holder to me.
I'm so thrilled and warmth with this thoughtful gesture, thank you Fairmont Makati Team 🥰

LuluThis is my second stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
1. Location: It's located in Makati, which is a relatively safe and bustling area with a pleasant surrounding environment. SM Mall is right across the street, and within about a two-minute walk, you'll find a pizza place, a restaurant with flavors that appeal to Chinese palates, and a Lawson convenience store.
2. Hotel Service: The hotel service is also relatively excellent. They are generally cooperative in addressing any issues, and it's quite convenient to get a taxi from here.
3. Breakfast: The breakfast selection is also quite rich and varied.

The Peninsula Hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Ayala Mall and Ayala Museum! It's definitely worth exploring the area! This neighborhood is very safe, so there's no need to worry. From the moment you enter, the staff greet you with warm smiles, making you feel completely at ease. The coconut trees in the lobby add a lovely tropical touch, and the piano accompaniment in the main hall creates a very elegant atmosphere!

FAHAD ALSHOMERExcellent hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of the shopping district. The area feels very safe. However, getting in and out can be a challenge due to extreme traffic congestion. It can take more than 25 minutes just to reach the hotel by car, even if you're already in the same area. Walking, it's only 3 minutes away. There's also some renovation work happening in the surrounding area. Despite these points, it's definitely worth another visit. The staff are incredibly wonderful and very cooperative. They also offer a very good bus service, which of course, comes with a fee.

BizzLamichhaneMy second time visit in Manila and second time stay with Lub D, it offers great location to visitors who wants to stay around Makati. Just beside the famous Burgos Street, lot of bars, pubs, 7 eleven, outdoor dining areas.
It has large reception on second floor with some fun activities, high speed internet, lounge for hostel guests. Really loved their friendly environment. Gonna stay here again if i’m coming to Philippines for 3rd times.

It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Nisa NKWe stayed for our 14 hour layover in Manila. Location was ok, but took a bit of time to arrive due to traffic. First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room we got was spacious although a bit outdated.
But I would like to suggest preparing floor mats/towels to be put in front of the bathroom door to prevent damaging of the floorboards. Otherwise, everything was ok.

It includes all the essentials for a seamless stay, including a strong AC, a flat-screen TV, a spacious work desk, and a cozy little seating area. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with modern fixtures and a reliable water heater for the shower. It is a perfect, hassle-free choice if you want a straightforward and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

Pete.cThe hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by.
Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much
