LLimeflowerStaff were friendly and helpful across the board. Room was cosy. The amenity I loved most was the filtered water machine in room. Saved me the trouble of buying drinking water from convenience store. Although the hotel is lovely, I wasn’t able to catch much sleep as there was a construction going on directly across the street in the wee hours of the morning, which is no fault of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. It had everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is also good. There are 3 restaurants in the building with reasonable prices. We tried Cache and it was good. We wanted to try Kaokee but our trip was short so we didnt get to do it anymore. Will definitely recommend this and will book again if ever we come back.

AAnonymous UserWe had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!

JJESSICA MARIE RACELISMy husband and pamangkins enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was great—wala akong masabi. The staff were very helpful, except for one receptionist at the Escolta area, if I remember correctly, her name was Julia.
She was very rude and was the only one who did not assist us. When I approached her for help, she even walked away from us. Imagine, it was my husband’s birthday and we received that kind of treatment. I mean, we shouldn’t have to mention that it was his birthday just to be treated properly as guests.
Our overall experience was excellent, but because of her, it was disappointing. She was the only one who negatively affected our stay at The Peninsula.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Ascott Makati. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Makati, with easy access to shopping, dining, and business areas.
The service was another highlight. Staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful—especially the doormen, who went out of their way to assist guests.
The only downside during my stay was the ongoing construction near the entrance, which made access a bit more challenging and required a short extra walk. However, the staff managed the situation well and were always available to guide and assist.
Overall, Ascott Makati delivers on comfort, service, and location. I’d definitely stay again once the construction is complete.

AAnonymous UserStaff are accommodating and nice. There is a 2k deposit upon arrival. Bed was bouncy but comfy. AC works. Hot water works. There’s bidet. There are slippers, hangers, mini ref, towels and toiletries inside the room.
When i arrived there’s no water bottle but the next day when the cleaning staff arrived, he gave me 2 bottles and an extra tissue. Thank you!
Guard was also nice downstairs. He helped me on checkout.
Wifi was just not really great. Not sure if it was the room but i keep on being disconnected at most times. I’m not able to watch netflix on TV also coz it says no internet connection. :( So i had to use my own mobile data during my stay.
But other than that, i’d definitely stay again. Thanks!

GGuest UserWhenever i come home and need to stay in mnl, i typically look for places that offer amenities i haven’t tried. I’M hotel offered those amenities- a unique and good sized length lap pool as well as the Onsen Spa. I was sold.
The pool area was gorgeous especially at night with their “birdcage” cabanas. The Spa oh darling if i could use that more than was recommended, I would have! Bonus points for the massage and personalized service as well as the rooftop bar and views 😍
I want to also send a shout out to the professional , helpful and utterly amazing staff. I believe that a business has a huge chance of longevity mainly due to how wonderful the staff takes care of the guests needs. Front desk helped us navigate with checking in and out, getting our rides and helping us with other needs- be it housekeeping, dining or other tasks. Housekeeping, pool guys, food and beverage people, and security went above and beyond with their responsibilities. I have no complaints.
I also would like to point out something that I hope to be taken into consideration. While we were there for 2 days, we had limited options for drinks during breakfast. Being in a tropical country- having local flavors would be such a great addition to the buffet spread. Calamansi or Mango juices would have been very much appreciated. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
Thank you I’M hotel for making it a relaxing stay.

GGuest UserExcellent location right in the heart of city CBD which is makati city. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and mall. If you are interested in night life it’s probably four minutes away from the hotel.. staff are there 24/7 to help you out with anything you need. Check in fast and easy. Large room and bed as compared to other hotels in the same area with the same price you get smaller room and not much in the bath room. With Berjaya you get face washer, hand towel and a soft bath towel. More plugs in the room to charge all ur devices. Cable tv, breakfast has lot to offer. my favourite staff is Mark he’s always available to render assistance.. many thanks to all the staff including the security team , restaurant staff and cleaning crews..

KKaithiefor one of the PH rooms, there was a problem with the door lock, you need to double check before leaving. good thing i was quick as i just needed to buy water from a nearby convenience store.
room is spacious and clean, but although they do provide shampoo, small soap, and dental kit, they do not provide slippers.
no table for study/work, the table on the side was used for mugs and kettle, and for mini refrigerator. i used the table under the tv instead.
on the PH floor, there's a dedicated outdoor smoking area.
Hotel has good location, close to many establishments around the poblacion area.
