Luxury Hotels in Makati

"Just wanted to give some feedback, so many things went wrong. When I checked in at 12 PM, they gave me room 2303. I went up, but couldn't open the door for a while, so I had to go back down. After waiting for quite some time, they gave me another room, 2304. I noticed it was a twin room, and the beds were tiny, like 1 meter wide? If they were bigger, I would have just dealt with it since I was exhausted from traveling all day. But they were really too small for what I paid; I might as well have stayed at a regular guesthouse. If I asked the front desk to change rooms again, I'd have to go back down and wait at least 20 minutes. The front desk kept telling me to wait, even after I told them I booked a room with two large beds and showed them my reservation. They still made me wait, and wait, and wait. Then they told me to go back to my room and wait. I asked how long, it felt like forever. I even thought about trying to push the beds together. Anyway, I put up with all that, but then there was no hot water for my shower. I was naked, waiting for them to come and fix it for over 10 minutes. It's now 2:15 AM. Also, there was no comb, no slippers, no shower cap, and no cotton swabs."

The Residence Club perks are absolutely worth it, and the level of service I received made me feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. They immediately made me feel at home. I would also like to recognize Christine from Housekeeping, who warmly greeted me while I was walking through the hallway. It may seem like a small gesture, but that kind of friendliness truly makes a difference. During the evening cocktail at the Residence Club Lounge, Wilson, Jimm, and Gian provided exceptional service and made me feel like a VIP guest. They were attentive, welcoming, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Jimm had prepared us 4 different cocktails. Thank you as well to Sherwin from Engineering for promptly assisting me and adjusting the air-conditioning temperature in my room. I truly appreciate the quick and courteous service. And of course, a big thank you to Riccie, Glenn, and Babylyn for once again giving me such wonderful VIP treatment during breakfast at the Residence Club Lounge. Your attentiveness and hospitality were very much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were consistently welcoming, and the Residence Club perks were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the pool, which was amazing and a great way to relax during my stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The personalized service from the Residence Club team really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you, New World Makati, for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back soon!"

"We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!"

"The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!"

"This hotel is in a prime location within Manila's Central Business District. It boasts excellent facilities, is spotlessly clean, and feels luxurious. The breakfast spread is also very generous. The staff, in particular, are exceptionally professional, truly living up to its reputation as a long-standing five-star luxury hotel."

"All of the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their service was truly outstanding. During my stay, I unexpectedly needed to print some important documents for work. The staff responded immediately and handled everything quickly, which was a huge help. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and it was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, making the stay very relaxing. The location is also excellent. Greenbelt and other shopping malls are just a short walk away, either by crossing the pedestrian crossing right in front of the hotel or using the underground walkway, making everything very convenient. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"Everything is goos bur the facilties are too old. Specially, TVs in the room is not even support Youtube. No remote controller for TV until I request to have."
