AakoposienricoThe room was clean and good enough for an overnight stay, it has the basic amenities. I only have a comment to the male receptionist and the attendant the night. I booked a room with queen size bed but the receptionist was insisting a room with 2 single beds and even ask me ”Hindi nyo ba kayA maghiwalay Ng higaan sir?” Which I totally find annoying. 2nd, the remote control was really hard to press. I'm not as critical about it because I have a phone to watch anyway but I tried it to make sure that it is functioning properly as I don't want them to charge it to us in the end so I go down to ask them to replace it with a well functioning remote control. Both staffs during that night seem don't want to be disturbed while watching something on to their phone. They make face and make me feel that they are not willing to assist me. Morning staff was better though.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The location was also convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.
GGFYMFCMad Monkeys rarely disappoint & here's no exception, in the heart of Makatis Party district Poblacion, you'll find everything you need to have a blast. It's a very social space with a rooftop skybar/terrace & restaurant & ground floor cafe with outside patio.
I stayed in a 4 bed dorm (305) which I have to admit is very cramped, the toilet doesn't flush well & the shower head holder is damaged. Also the mattresses still have the plastic covers on so they squeak like crazy, this could be resolved by placing plywood on the top bunks which would make a sound barrier.
Other than that, great hostel, great staff, great service & you get a welcome drink when you check in.
JOIN THE MADNESS 🤣
JJo MarieI got the top bed and the AC was on the lower part of the wall near the floor. The designer should have considered the fact that hot air rises and cold air sinks so it was very hot and uncomfortable lying down and trying to sleep on the upper bed bunk. Even if i opened the curtain, i still didnt feel the cold air coming from the AC. If i may also suggest, please sell bottled water if you cannot provide free water because for people like me who came straight from the airport and arrived at 3am at the hotel, i couldnt get out and walk for like 5mins to buy water from a convenience store. It would have been nice if you sell drinking water on site.

DDeLilaTheExplorerererI book a shared-room for a few week days. The room is generally clean. I've had an issue with shower heater not heating up and shower room ventilation is not really good in my booked room. I politely informed them about it so I hope the hotel admin put effort removing molds on the 2F shower room ceiling. I appreciate the roomkeeppers for being so helpful and the duty guards for the safe stay. Makati is generally safe but they make it extra with security. Overall, I will still consider the place for short-term budget stays but manage your expectations.

GGuest UserThis isn't a hotel, it's a hostel. It's very noisy. It's not located in the Makati high-rise district itself, but 15 minutes away. It's scary to walk around at night.
AAnonymous UserOur apartment air conditioning failed late at night, and we were desperate for a place to stay. We ended up booking a room at 1 AM, and I’m so thankful we did! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful despite the late hour. They truly saved the day (and our sleep)!
CClarSevThe service at Sunnette was great! Staff, both housekeeping and front desk were really friendly and efficient. They had housekeeping daily, which we didn’t expect, so that was a pleasant surprise. The building is really old (about 40 years), so it has a vintage feel to it. There’s hot water, towels, an induction cooker, a microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans in the room. If I were to suggest anything, it’d be to bring a warm blanket with you when booking here because the blanket they offer is really thin. Other than that, we had a great experience at Sunnette.
The hotel is right in the middle of the Poblacion nightlife/red light district, so there’s a lot of places to enjoy if that’s your thing and it’s near a bunch of malls like Greenbelt, Rockwell, and Century Mall. It can get noisy at night on the weekends, but fairly quiet on weekdays.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
