The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again. GGuest UserAll good, the price is very good compared with others within the area . With such a good price not much can be complaints as it has a heater, fridge, fan, aircon although it might be a pretty old model but good to have. The locker is also available although I did not try it. The door lock is an old style key but many CCTV around everywhere hence nothing needed to worry about.
The wifi is available but the password really needs to be tried a few times as every floor and left and right have different. But it is functioning well.

BBj IsipRed Planet Amorsolo is one of the budget-friendly hotels you can book on Trip.com. I would say the hotel is cleaner now than the last time I was there. I’m happy that their TV was upgraded from LCD to an LED TV. However, the service is still terrible. You will never be greeted by the guard on duty at the front. He will just look at you. Hopefully, they will enhance their service, more friendly and accommodating. But overall. I had a great time and will definitely go back again.

GGuest UserWell I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years before Covid. I haven’t been here since 2020. The staff is great. The location is good. The hotel it self is becoming run down. I mean the rooms. My sink in the bathroom did not drain well. Bathroom outdated and kinda dirty looking. They need to start renovating their rooms. The restaurant downstairs was good but after breakfast, dead. No good meals for dinner. They need to put some authentic Filipino food. Chicken/pork adobo pancit.

ZZarrrraThe staff were very attentive and accommodating, making our stay smooth and pleasant. The room was perfect for me and my child — clean, spacious, and well-prepared. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had both hot and cold options, which was great. Overall, a wonderful stay and we truly appreciated the excellent service.

DDaisy Yong NCThe hotel is old, but room was good, and the front desk service was also very good, although the system was too slow. I decided to stay one more night because I did not want to move around, and I had already paid for the extension. However, when I returned to the hotel at 7 PM after a busy day, I was shocked to find that my reservation had been unreasonably canceled by Trip.com without any explanation.
Trip.com informed me that the booking was canceled and that the refund would take 7 to 14 working days to be received. I personally find this extremely unfair, as the payment was deducted instantly but the refund requires a long waiting period. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I request an immediate explanation, faster refund processing, and proper compensation for the trouble caused.
