Great
SSasha & ResulWe stayed here for 2 days and I can tell it was a right choice of accommodation. First, area is good, you can walk around, there are many cafes and supermarkets and malls, but you can also take taxi easily and go to BGC, historical area, or an airport.
The room was cozy with cool design, there are all amenities available. We loved the common area with the working desks, small cafe bar. The rooftop has a wonderful view from the 13th floor.
AAnonymous UserI had a solid one-night stay as a solo traveler and felt very comfortable in the space. The room was clean and the check-in process was efficient, which made for a stress-free experience. It’s a reliable, well-located spot that covers all the basics without any unnecessary fuss.
AAnonymous UserVery friendly staff. The hotel is definitely a budget hotel, which is fine. However they have a strange policy of only cleaning the room every 4 days. We were booked to stay for 5 days, so cleaning on day 4 made little sense. Fortunately the staff changed our cleaning schedule to day 3. They will not exchange towels outside of the cleaning day, unless you pay an additional fee.
Personally I will opt for a more expensive hotel next time, but if you're looking for a room with a bed and shower, and nothing else, this will likely suit your needs.
AAnonymous UserClean place, they allowed us to check in early which I appreciated. Was super tired and needed sleep, got a bit more rest unlike others that are strict with check ins at 2pm.
They also have a fan in the room if you feel too cold with the AC.
KKrizzia AngeliPet policy is inconsistent. Upon arrival we were asked for a copy of the vaxx card of our pet. This information must be clearly stated on the hotel policies to avoid delay of check in. Room was clean and big. Very affordable and great location. Only cons: thin walls (you can hear all the people passing by especially when your room is close tot he swimming pool area) causing lack of sleep. It was a great stay overall. Chewie-approved!
GGallivanting with me.I loved this hotel. It’s lowkey, not exaggerated yet very clean and has the most comfy beds and pillows. Its location is 10/10 near to restobars, restaurants and 7/11. Very convenient, has the nicest staffs. I love the set up of the bed and the warm strays of sunlight through my window.
GGuest UserI've been staying here for a while now. It's an amazing location situated near the heart of poblacion.Rooma are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserCheck-in: Fast, friendly staff
Room: Clean, comfortable bed, strong WiFi
Service: Very accommodating
Location: Great—near restaurants and cafes
Value: Worth it for the price
GGuest UserGood location. Almost central of everything. Few steps away from malls, convenience store and beauty salons. The building is old and rooms need some enhancements. There is only 1 working elevator for the whole building serving 25 floors. The second elevator is being replaced and will hopefully be done end of 2026.
However, we need to call to make them aware we need the lift so they can go to our floor to get us. The staff are very attentive and friendly and are doing their best to help and make our stay comfortable and easy.

RRobS.I have travelled a fair bit and feel that I have a good handle how things are. This hotel has Best Western as part of the name so I expected a certain level. I could see that the hotel was probably a higher end hotel, the lobby showed high end finishes and this was probably a 200+ room hotel when built. It has suffered a fair bit of age related issues and the room finishes are quite tired. I noticed on floor 9, 3 rooms together had obviously been flooded and not repaired. The smell of damaged materials was quite strong (lower parts of the doors were heavily water damaged and there were towels damming the thresholds).
My room on a different floor was fine but I did have multiple legged friends in my room and the sheets were grey from multiple washings and lastly, the area is the seamy side of Makati (Manila) and is not the best.
Okay, that is the list of cons, now for the pros, price was very reasonable, the staff was good in any interactions I had and if you want the seamy side, the location....is excellent. There are lots of bars nearby and multiple actually quite good restaurants including directly across the street, The Filling Station, a throwback to the 1950s us type Diner. Lots of fun and the food is quite good.
I will mention that the gym is quite good and I did use it. The gym Airton has apparently had the refrigerant leaked off so it doesn't work. I was told a lot of the rooms have been sold as condos so I found the hotel to be quiet, good amenities for a good price but it is tired.
Overall I'm going to rate this a high three star hotel because you kind of get something a little bit more for quite a reasonable price so it is a bargain and is not the slum that other cheap hotels often are. Yes, I would definitely stay again.
