PPokémon travelThis was the art hotel in the busy makati area, close the nearby malls such as power plant it was close the main facilities and the cafe downstairs provided food such as breakfast, however the breakfast area was small and the menu was limited.

GGuest UserThe serviced apartment is excellently localised for my office commute. The apartment was equipped with everything that I could possibly need for the duration of my stay. Staff were incredibly professional and helpful.

RRays of SunshinePool on the roof with a great view and sent help right away when front desk contacted! Very comfortable for a family. We stayed over new year and enjoyed a great fireworks show through the window. Walking distance to great restaurants and Century Mall. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff

GGallivanting with me.I loved this hotel. It’s lowkey, not exaggerated yet very clean and has the most comfy beds and pillows. Its location is 10/10 near to restobars, restaurants and 7/11. Very convenient, has the nicest staffs. I love the set up of the bed and the warm strays of sunlight through my window.

MmoahmadGood location and the breakfast is the best. This time as i stayed more than one day and i complained about my previous stay then they gave me a very nice room.
There is a small pool and gym.
Staff at the hotel were very helpful i think i will definitely recommend you to stay here

AAshleyjessThe room rate is excellent; however, there are a few important guest needs that were not met—such as slippers, an iron, and my request for a queen-size bed during the reservation. Additionally, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning properly, and the handwashing sink in the bathroom was clogged. Upon entering the hotel, the entrance had an old-house smell, which could be improved to enhance first impressions. Nevertheless, I really liked the location overall.

PPete.cThe hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by.
Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much

Kkzh.nThe location is absolutely superb! I stayed here because I got an incredibly cheap rate with a special discount, but here are some things to note:
1) As of February 2026, the elevator is manually operated, so you'll need to call the front desk or the elevator attendant to use it.
2) Only bath towels are provided; there are no hand towels.
3) Only shampoo and soap are available; no other amenities like toothbrushes are provided.
4) Since this is a condominium, hotel guests check in at the reception counter opposite the main counter.
On the positive side:
1) The room comes with a kitchen, including dishes, pots, and cooking utensils. Having a microwave in the room was very convenient.
2) The shower worked perfectly fine.
3) There are two 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby.
4) The area boasts numerous large supermarkets, an older but affordable and convenient department store, brand-name shops, museums, and many other commercial facilities. There's also plenty of natural environment with several parks, and a wide variety of restaurants.
5) Although it's an older building, I found it to be acceptably clean.
Aside from the elevator, the experience was good.
