GGuest UserThe place is really nice and located in the upscale Rockwell area. The unit is clean and well maintained and while we had a leak in the faucet it was promptly fixed. There was just one little cockroach that we saw in the kitchen.

PPerioWe loved the hotel’s colonial-style decor. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, and the city views were wonderful. The hotel restaurant was convenient too. The neighborhood was interesting—quiet during the day, with extremely vibrant nightlife at night for all tastes. We weren’t seeking the nightlife but weren’t bothered by it, though we stayed cautious about safety.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay, i did book a delux double room, great size, nice bath(aaahhhh) very clean, everything expected in this level of hotel. Beautiful pool area, nice food/drink in the pool bar , I think will now become my “go to” hotel in makati. Just a small point, the hot water in the bath was only lukewarm, but that’s it😊

GGuest UserGood clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

GGuest UserThe water in the bathroom is dirty and very small, looks disgusting, and is completely unusable. At 12 o'clock at night, I called the front desk, and it took a long time for someone to answer, and it took 10 minutes for the front desk staff to answer the phone after I called three times.

JJean10Quite spacious hotel. And walking distance to greenbelt, glorietta and sm makati. Hope next time give 2 keys because a bit troublesome I need to wake up my husband to help me lock the door or need both of us together go out. But overall stay is very good. Very comfortable to stay.
