"The hotel is located in a local area where residents gather, and unlike a tourist spot, you can walk around without being bothered by touts, which feels very safe. There are many local Filipino restaurants nearby, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to experience authentic local food. Perhaps because I was on the top floor, the shower pressure was terrible, more like a drizzle, which was frustrating. I had to use the hand shower in the adjoining toilet to rinse off soap. There's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs, but if you have heavy luggage, the front desk staff will help carry it for you. As others have mentioned, be aware that you'll be charged a significant fee if you use the electric kettle, mugs, forks, or spoons provided in the room (so just don't use them if you want to avoid the charge). The best part, though, is having a private room at this price."
