5-Star Hotels in Makati

The Fairmont, one of Accor's top-tier hotels, despite its age, is meticulously maintained. The room provided six complimentary bottles of water, and upon returning after dinner, turn-down service had been completed with a glass and water by the bedside. Used coffee pods were also replenished – truly 5-star service. Thank you for the birthday cake service as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a rich variety of international dishes. I would love to stay here again if I ever visit Manila. The location is excellent too, with a large shopping mall right across the street that includes a supermarket and shops selling Filipino goods, making it easy to buy souvenirs.

The overall stay was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Makati City, close to malls like Ayala and Greenbelt, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The lobby is grand and elegant, the guest rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast offers a rich selection, and the swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities are also well-equipped. While some guest room decor might show a slight hint of age, the overall maintenance is good. It's a high-quality hotel that combines convenience, quality, and five-star service.

All good except WiFi is too weak for continuous connection. No hanger for towel in toilet and not hand towel.
