The location is super convenient, right after you exit the airport. It's a 10-minute walk, or you can use the hotel's free shuttle for pickup (drop-off to the airport costs 3 AUD). It's perfect for staying one night after arriving, then renting a car to explore other places. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable, but the downside is the limited food options nearby – just a KFC and a convenience store.

Very nice view at the reception, nice service and staffs are friendly. But the room is disappointing, not sound proofing at all, we can literally sounds what the next room talking about. And the clearness of the room is questionable, stained carpet, and bed sheet. I don’t think we will return again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great stay and I would happily return.

The hotel's location is indeed excellent, right next to Melbourne's Royal Arcade in the city center. We even managed to visit the popular bakery nearby the next day. However, perhaps my expectations were too high for a brand-name hotel, but the room was much smaller than I imagined. The fact that the window couldn't open made it feel a bit stuffy. Thankfully, we only booked one night, so it was fine for a layover. Staying for several nights would probably be unbearable. The front desk staff were a bit haughty in their politeness towards us. If you're only prioritizing location, it's okay, but if you're looking for a better experience, I'd suggest choosing an apartment or another hotel.
