"After seeing so many glowing reviews on Xiaohongshu, my actual stay was a huge disappointment. First, let's talk about the environment. From my room, I could look straight into the building opposite, just a few meters away. I could clearly see into the rooms across the way, and the side of a dark building completely blocked out any natural light. There were only two spotlights in the room, making the whole place feel incredibly oppressive! Next, the hygiene. Out of the four pillows for the two beds, three had a strong, stale sweat smell, and one even had visible sweat stains. I was shocked – I’ve never encountered anything like this even in the cheapest hotels! Soon after lying down, I started itching all over and broke out in small red bumps, and I'm not even someone who's easily allergic! The trash can in the bathroom was covered in dust. To top it off, both the shower and sink were clogged! There was no phone in the room to call the front desk, so I immediately contacted Trip.com to arrange a checkout. Trip.com was very proactive in handling it; the front desk later called me, saying Trip.com had been calling her non-stop 😂. It really goes to show, you get what you pay for. I will absolutely never book this place again!"

"The hotel is clean and very busy during the morning time. Dont say about the reception area because it just too crowded. The fact that they provide luggage storage before check in also very helpful for us. The only cons is the hotel is too busy and full with people, there were people open/close the door non stop for 10minutes with loud voices in front of our room around 5pm."

"It was a lovely stay, I was here for the F1 weekend, and it was my first time travelling solo. The homeowner Melissa was an absolute sweetheart, and the room was very spacious, very beautiful architecture, beautiful place with an outdoor garden. Would definitely recommend! And also wouldn't mind coming here again to explore this cute little suburb of Williamstown."

"Very noisy with the trucks collecting rubbish and unloading shops next to from 4-5am so no sleep after that time Did request a quieter room but again got this one. Apart from that everything else was great."
