BBruce7066The hotel sent an email in advance to inform the reception time and ask about the expected arrival time to do a good job in the reception. The hotel has convenient transportation, its own paid parking lot, the hotel is comfortable, quiet, the room is clean and tidy, it is recommended.

BBaoruoniyaThe service staff is very good. Opposite is the Queen Victoria Market. It is very convenient to buy things. The location is very good. It is very close to the park. The bar is downstairs. You can go downstairs for a drink in your leisure time.

GGuest UserGreat value option to stay in Melbourne, confortable rooms, shared bathrooms but they have been renovated recently, shared small kitchen too. We enjoyed a lot our stay. The area is very good, very well conected with downtown. 100% recomended. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.

CCola_JCBecause the downtown hotel is too expensive, I booked a hotel 15 minutes drive from the city center. The room looks a bit old overall, but it is still clean. The wooden door of the toilet cannot be completely closed because of the dampness, and it is a bit inconvenient to have a hair dryer, others are acceptable.

GGuest UserThe Elgin Carlton Studios was small but perfect for a single or a couple for a few nights. Well located near to many restaurants with an enjoyable walk through parks to zoo precinct and easy tram return. Hot water wasn’t available but I’m sure the helpful team at the studios jumped onto that.

GGuest UserThe shared bathroom and the room were simple and clean. The room was a little dusty but clean.
The heating was on and we could use it freely, which was nice.
Sometimes there were all kinds of smells (smoke outside and the delicious smell of cooking in the shared kitchen), but I was fine with it.
