2-Star Hotels in Melbourne

Amazing central location, great room, polite staff, clean room and area , even tho there’s a sharing bathroom. Please guys, since is winter in Melbourne, add a heater inside the room, cause it was freezing. Having a fan that gives only fresh air, on winter season, doesn’t make any sense. Thank you ! Great experience! Not recommended if you have a car. I had to pay 15$ extra for the parking.

There is a nice pub bar downstair. Be prepared for some noise until 10 or 11 pm. They have clean common bathroom. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel in beautiful suburb neighborhood. Walking distance about 5 minutes to nearest train station. There is no convenient store nearby.

Perfect location multiple way to traval between city. There are several things that we want to contribute for make perfection. The different level of floor between kitchen and living room may hurt your feet if not careful enough. May recomemd to change kitchenware such as pan and add the toaster, rice cooker would be nice.

The Elgin Carlton Studios was small but perfect for a single or a couple for a few nights. Well located near to many restaurants with an enjoyable walk through parks to zoo precinct and easy tram return. Hot water wasn’t available but I’m sure the helpful team at the studios jumped onto that.

Because the downtown hotel is too expensive, I booked a hotel 15 minutes drive from the city center. The room looks a bit old overall, but it is still clean. The wooden door of the toilet cannot be completely closed because of the dampness, and it is a bit inconvenient to have a hair dryer, others are acceptable.

First time living in a hostel and already have some expectations of what is it going to be like Since feedback is that the shower heater does not work well where it gets cold and switches to hot suddenly causing my body to get burnt I was told that I can arrive early and store my luggage first but I didn’t expect that what they mean by storing is leaving my bag on the open vide floor in the corner of the pub (definitely know that it won’t be kept safe since the employees themselves are busy running the pub) The room is very smelly Like smellier than what I expected

If you are looking for a budget hotel, this one is a good choice with a good location (West Richmond Station) but limited facilities. Free coffee and tea are also provided, food with 10AUD, a towel is provided, but no body care (shampoo, toothbrush, etc) is provided. Lastly, good service also provided.

The single room shared bathroom, I did not expect to have no air conditioning, 38 degrees high temperature can not sleep before midnight.
