GGuest UserThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

TTaninaz1. The remark of parking charge is unclear in trip.com. A little bit disappointed when the reception said that we have to pay. 2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly. 3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

DDaphh02The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

11360451****The location is unbeatable, right in the city center. You can walk pretty much anywhere, and the free trams in the free zone are super convenient, with a stop every three to five minutes. The only downside is that the room was a bit small, and the bathroom fan couldn't be turned off, which was a little noisy. The breakfast on the first day was delicious, especially a dish that tasted a lot like a Mexican quesadilla. The second day's breakfast was just okay. If you're looking for convenience and good value, this is a solid choice. Plus, there's a really authentic Korean fried chicken place downstairs!

GGuest UserDuring my 21-day trip to Australia, I stayed in 11 hotels, mainly across Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. Here's my ranking of them from best to worst in terms of experience (with value for money also noted, considering the price): 1. Capella Sydney (low value), 2. Park Hyatt Melbourne (high value), 3. InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto (medium value), 4. Crown Towers Melbourne (high value), 5. Le Méridien Melbourne (medium value), 6. Hilton Adelaide (medium value), 7. The Langham Melbourne (low value), 8. Citadines on Bourke Melbourne (best value), 9. Meriton Suites Waterloo, Sydney (high value), 10. Best Western Plus Travel Inn Hotel Melbourne (low value), 11. The Hotel Windsor, Melbourne (worst value). Now, let's talk about Citadines on Bourke Melbourne. This was the cheapest hotel of my entire Australian trip, recommended by Trip.com. I didn't have high hopes for it, as I'd already spent a lot on previous hotels and just wanted to save some money for the last couple of days. However, this hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise! Firstly, the location is fantastic. It's only 300 meters from our previous hotel, Le Méridien, and about 500 meters from The Windsor, yet its location is actually better than both. It's just 200 meters from Chinatown, and closer to St Paul's Cathedral and Flinders Street Station than those other two. Secondly, the rooms are quite spacious and come with a kitchen. Although we didn't cook, I'd highly recommend this hotel for longer stays. The only downsides were that the shower pressure was a bit weak and the bed was on the smaller side. But from a price perspective, it was truly excellent value!

GGuest UserVery easy check in. Instructions by reception were spot on.  The one bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of room with an equally huge balcony.  The place was clean, apart from one of the towels that had some type of hard black stain that stick do towels to it’s self. Not ideal, but this would be an issue with the laundry company that Quest use.  I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.

JJason369369I recently stayed at Novotel Melbourne on Collins, and overall it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with large windows overlooking Collins Street. The bed was very cozy and ensured a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in — they made everything smooth and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the dining area was bright and pleasant. The gym and facilities were well-maintained, though the pool was a bit small. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure stays. The combination of great location, comfort, and professional service makes it one of the best value stays in Melbourne CBD.

GGuest UserWoke up at 7 AM on the first morning to noise outside my window, possibly construction. I called the front desk, and they were very helpful, moving us to a room on the other side of the building. Room cleaning isn't included; if you want it, it's about AUD 6 per service.

BBec143I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now. Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!). I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone. The beds were comfortable though! The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.
