The hotel is like brand new. The room is spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Perfect for travelers with rental car.

This is our 2nd hotel in Hokkaido. So far it’s the best. Even though the location is out of the way, We will definitely return again next year.

Marvellous hotel with good view. The kind of hotel that I would like to visit again next time

We arrived late at night, as we haven’t had dinner, staff recommended a pizza restaurant still open nearby. We asked about later attractions in Shiretoko at check in, staff was very patient and shared their experience. We enjoyed a nice walk in the lavender garden next to the hotel.

The hotel has no restaurant or eating place hence no breakfast. They are very rigid with the checkout. Checkout is at 11am, I requested for another 15 mins to finish our brunch we bought at the convenience store but the front desk said “NO”.

Nice environment, a outdoor seating with some lavender around it. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a food restaurant within walking distance that close at 1900hrs. The room is clean, with free amenities like shampoo, shower, wifi and more.

Very near by and clean

The hotel seems new and nicely designed. Room is clean and cosy ; bed is very comfortable. Not much facilities; only a common pantry area at lobby where you can get nice brew coffee and tea . There is a microwave oven for you to heat up food . There is no restaurant or shop within the hotel . You can get food from nearby convenience store like Seicomart . Ample parking . I love the bed and pillow and I sleep really well there during my stay . There is a Montbell shop nearby where you can shop . Just an across the hotel . Overall , recommended for a chill stay .

We stay for 2 nights. Front desk staff are very good and responsive. Hotel n rooms are very good in terms of cleanliness. Food and beverage pantry are available beside hotel lobby. Coffee & tea provided free through out the stay. Disposal cutlery also provided.

Very nice place but better with a car

One of the few choices in Minami Furano, the Marriott brand is guaranteed, and it is the best English-speaking front desk I have encountered in Japan this time. The hotel all has mountain view rooms. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright and very relaxing. Not far away is the filming location of the old movie The Railway Man, which is very nostalgic. The hotel does not serve breakfast or dinner, and there is no kitchen, but there are still many dining options around, including izakayas and pizza shops. There is coffee available on the first floor.

The facility was very clean and impressive. The layout and design of the room was different from that of a normal hotel. It was a perfect stay except for the fact that I forgot my cleaning supplies when I entered the room.

Although this hotel is located in a remote location and is not close to a big city, it has more natural landscapes, allowing people to enjoy a quiet vacation and leisure time; diagonally opposite the hotel is an agricultural specialty store and a sports goods store. There are several restaurants of different styles, and there is a supermarket just 2 to 300 meters away. Overall, it is convenient for shopping and dining!
