When we checked in, we were told that the rooms were full due to the peak season. Our three rooms could not be adjacent to each other, but only on the upper and lower floors. I had no choice but to accept it because I was a little tired with my baby. But after moving all the luggage into the room, I found that it was not the room type I booked at all, and it was in the annex building! I immediately went back to the front desk to ask, and was told that other room types were indeed arranged because the room was fully booked? ! It was so funny. This was the first time I encountered someone who downgraded the room type without authorization, and we stayed in three rooms for 5 consecutive nights, and the room fee was paid in advance. The white guy at the front desk was very good and kept apologizing and explaining, but this wave of operations was a bit excessive, so I insisted on changing rooms. Later, he asked the manager and arranged the original room for us, and it was on the same floor. Putting aside the unpleasantness of the stay, I was quite satisfied with other services of Westin. It is said that there is a subway at the entrance of the hotel, but I have not experienced it. It usually costs 20-30 euros to take a taxi to the scenic spot. The German restaurant downstairs tastes good, and it can be used as a canteen if you are too lazy to go out. In general, the price-performance ratio is OK
Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth

We rented a deluxe double apartment for 30 days. We enjoyed our stay there and it felt like home away from home. We spent the month taking day or mult-day trips, using the room as our home base. We were generally very pleased with the apartment and hotel. The accommodation was as portrayed in the website photos. The apartment had a separate bedroom, living room with desk and futon couch and chairs, plus a separate cooking nook. There was also one and and extra half bath which was helpful. The room was quiet. A Rewe grocery store was right next door which was very convenient. The Baldeplatz bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk away. The 58 bus will take you to the Munich Hauptbahnhof in about 15 minutes and the 68 goes the opposite way and will take you to the Munich Ost (East) Bahnhof. The 132 bus runs to Marienplatz. You can also take the 58 to Goeteplatz or walk there in about 10 minutes for the U3 and U6. The Isar river is just across the street with nice walking paths. The room was up to date with good carpet and nice wall coverings, nice tile in the baths and has a hair dryer. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we received cleaning service once a week. There are 3 washing machines and 2 dryers in the basement that operate through the WeWash app. It is convenient once you figure out the app, but is pricey, just under 5 Euros per wash load and 4.10 to dry a load, however you do not have to have soap as that is included with the machine. Also, we sometimes had to wait for open machines. We had a few small issues which I will detail, so give a 4 rather than a 5 rating. The issues were: 1) The AC did not work all that well on hot days, however, we were also provided two room fans, plus the windows will open either with the top open or full open (double hinged if you know how to do it), which let in a nice breeze; 2) While the kitchen had a fridge, a built-in two burner hotplate (which requires you to turn on the timer to use), microwave, coffee and hot water pots, there was no oven or toaster; 3) The dish and utensil service was meager. Although the apartment is rated for 3 people (because of the futon), we had two forks, two knives, two small spoons and two larger spoons. The dishes were also on the short side with two large, two small plates, two soup bowls and two cereal bowls, two ceramic cups and two small and two large glasses. There was a paring knife with a bent blade and a serrated knife for cutting. It was difficult to prepare meals without some extra forks, knives and spoons, plates etc. We had to wash between preparation and eating and also had to buy the dish soap and dishwashing detergent (at Rewe). It would be nice to have a few extra utensils, plates and bowls. We found ourselves using the dishwasher much more than normal (and using much more water), because of the inadequate number of utensils and bowls. The frying pan was also not non-stick. There were also two pots

Schwabing
The hotel was newly opened in 2023. All facilities are brand new, the service is also very good, and there seems to be preferential treatment for Chinese people. Not far from the British Park, it only takes about ten minutes to walk there. It is a little far from the city center, and there doesn't seem to be much to visit around. There are many large international companies and other big-name hotels around, which is suitable for business trips.

Excellent service from concierge and reception despite Corona measures! Got an upgrade to a larger room. Unfortunately the hotel bar is still closed, but overall I was very happy with my stay.

Service was great. Nice lounge to wait around before check in. Location was great as U station is just round the corner from the hotel entrance. It's about 20 minutes to Marientplatz and HBF. Good connectivity for transport to the Adele concert.
