Dear,Managent In charge I can say that Iam quite a regular in city central and Iam writing due to my unpleasant stay and treatment from 1 of your staff I eloberate a small build Chinese lady with a stuck up and rude outlook and respond to guest frankly let me give the management my point of view if this lady don't know how to respect guest and smile I guess she don't belong to the Service Industry.And I believe the management are not on the ground to see this problem so as a guest I pay and not staying city central for free so I demand a small respect from your hotel staff as Iam a guest .But for the pass few days this small build Chinese lady wearing city central uniform really piss me off as if she owns the hotel ,higher management please look into the matters as if this staff keep on having her attitude problem towards guest she can spoilt city central good names from the outlook of a guests perception.Management should take note about this matters seriously before the situation get Bad for your hotel outlook and please send her for a hotel course so she can learn to respect guests in future . Sincerely Mr Md.

Very good experience for my first time staying at Ando.
Selected Ando after reading good reviews and on my arrival, didn’t know that Nagoya Mall is just a walking distance away. About 2 minutes across the road, and not forgetting there’s a convenience store next door.
Did my proper check-in and gotten my room around 5 plus after doing my nails and did some shopping too.
As my newly bought slipper (hook) came off, the staff provided me with the cable ties to securely salvage my shoe. Credits to the staff on duty on Saturday night.
Will definitely book here again for my next trip.
Side tip: Always go for grab and its very accessible!

GGuest UserBreakfast was good, variety was ok on the weekend, however need improve the variety bfast on weekday. We stayed for 5 Night on 14 - 19 Oct and staff were also very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially for Rafft for making our stay extra enjoyable with his great service. Comfy bed, and big bathroom. the location of the hotel is very strategic in the city center and if you want to go to the mall or look for other food options it's only walking distance.

IIce Cream SodaNice gym on top level. big bed and spacious room. Opposite hotel there is indomart but need to cross a busy road. Beside the hotel there is a mini indomart which does not require to cross the main road. Breast spread consider big compare to other batam 4 star hotel.

DderrickawcwHere annually, because of its superb location - near a large mall, near several massage centres (my perennial favourite being Thai best), near several excellent food places (must check out Mickey Mouse 66, as well as the coffee shops in its vicinity), near several wholesale shops but they do sell individual items (fantastic branded knock-offs at fantastic prices). As for the hotel itself, rooms are large; with basic amenities and free mineral water. Concierge is reliably helpful, friendly and efficient. Receptionists (same air of sulkiness, whoever is manning the station, whatever time) and buffet breakfasts (why eat here when there are superb choices nearby) are consistently below average, whether the hotel was “Gideon” or is “Gideon by Aston”.

GGuest UserI don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

MMummy SAThe room is convenient for us, girls of 4. Our two rooms is good and we got a chance to swimminh in the pool. Easy access as it is located next to the food market in Nagoya. We order massage in room at midnight and it is superb.

GGuest UserBooked 3X Executive rooms reached early at around 9-10am but was given only one room for our luggages and told us only able to check in at 2pm so we went to shop and return only at 7pm to check in the remaining 2 rooms and to found out that the initial corner room given to us earlier on was having eerie vibes and so we went for a change of room but was told rooms fully booked on the same floor but after overheard the conversation from other hotel guest who came to check in found out that there are 2 remaining rooms left so we ask the receptionist again and got our initial room changed but we found out another problem whereas the Room type given after change and before change are also of the wrong room type deluxe room instead of Executive rooms as there is huge size difference in the room compared to the other 2 rooms.

GGuest UserI like the location of the BCC hotel very much. It is really convenient for me to go to A2 food court to eat and walk to two large shopping plazas and small shops. It is just a few steps away. In addition, I have a rich breakfast for four days. I have to surprise breakfast every day. Good to eat if you are not very demanding, other than that the swimming pool here is very large and clean because there are not many people swimming. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems to be not trained, just clean 🧹 If you love cleanliness, it may not be suitable for you. If you choose this hotel, remember to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and hot water bottles, because although these things are in the hotel, they will make people shake their heads. In general, although it is cheap, I am a clean person. I will not stay in this hotel again next time. I really like the location of BCC Hotel, it's incredibly convenient for me to go to the A2 food court and walk to two large shopping malls and small shops nearby.Just a few steps away.In addition, I stayed for four days and had a rich breakfast every day, surprising me each time.It's good if you don't have very high expectations.Apart from that, the swimming pool here is large and clean as there aren't many people swimming.The only downside of this hotel is that it's a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems untrained and does a casual job.If you're someone who values cleanliness, it might not be suitable for you.If you choose this hotel, make sure to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and kettle, as although these things are provided in the hotel, they might not meet your standards.Overall, it's affordable, but I'm a clean person and I won't stay at this hotel again next time.

Contact hotel via WhatsApp before arrive to check on room n booking status.Stay Was ok and The staff here are the best from FD,HK,Security and F&B Cons: -Req Junior Suite Type room On High Floor,but only told during c/in the room is at level 3 and same type room at level 8 is smoking floor.Should inform earlier -No access card require for lift acces to guest room. -Breakfast spread not so much,(standard 3 star hotel) -Room at level 3 view is building back side. -Some furniture was tore,dated but its well maintained. -The entertainment,games and Internet area closed,no PC can use,no console game as advertised. -Hot lobby,u dont know why they like the hot lobby.Some guest come from walk outside sweating and uncomfortable due to hot lobby. -as 3 star boutique hotel,there is no swimming pools Buts there is spa located at 3rd floor. Pro: -Good and professional staff. -Good AC on room,very cold.i like -spacious room (jr suite room) -Good Housekeeping team,we love when we come back to hotel and out room is clean n tidy. -even the food on Breakfast is just fine,the staff entertain us very well. -near nagoya mall (walking distance) -beside convenience shop -infront of rumah makan sederhana and momo coffee house. -there 1 small coffee shop above indomaret beside hotel -online taxi can pick/drop here.
