"The hotel is close to Zhonghua Gate and the Great Bao'en Temple Pagoda, and right next to a tributary of the Qinhuai River. The rooms offer nice views, but the transportation is a bit inconvenient, being about one kilometer away from the subway station. The service is acceptable, and the front desk staff are responsive."

TTheTipToeTravelerThe facilities we're very accessible and clean for the most part (the towel rack was duty and I only realised after cleaning my face with the face-towel that was placed on the rack). There was a restaurant which I didn't eat at, but they also offered room service between specific hours.
The balcony, which I was looking forward to the most and also the main reason for booking this room, did not have a nice 'garden view' as advertised and was also right next to an escalator and within view of several other rooms which I felt was misrepresented in the online photos.
The location is great if you're interested in spending time in the mountain and doing all the activities on offer like paddle boating, taking the cable car or going on hikes, but it's not so great if you want to get a taxi easily or go to restaurants as it's a 10 minute wait for a car and a 15min drive to get anywhere decent to eat.
It's very close to some places like the Confucius temple though and if you're not interested in traveling far, it is also very beautiful there and you can easily enjoy just walking/cycling around the mountain and eat at the hotel-restaurant.
One other thing to note was that although 30/32 degrees outside, the pool was unavailable to use, which was a huge bummer. I suggest it be noted on the website to avoid future travelers' disappointment.
I was also afforded with a late check-out and friendly service right throughout my stay.
I'll stay here again in the future.

CChifanpeiyinliaoThis hotel is definitely a great place to walk your kids! The ecology is very good! We even saw a hare! But maybe it’s because it’s outdoors! It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high!
The service attitude at the front desk is very good! Very eager to help!
The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning!
The interior of the room is clean and acceptable!

XXiaoyouchengThe bed was massive, felt like 2.4 meters! The hotel environment is super nice, very clean, and luxurious. There were also many international guests. There's an outlet mall nearby, within walking distance, but I didn't go. The styles and brands weren't that impressive. I chose this hotel because I was here for Brother Sheng's concert, and it was close by. It was really good!

The only downside was:
1. The TV cabinet was accessible for my infant to open - it was a mission keeping him away from it all the time so that he could not play with the TV cords.
2. The shuttle buses and park ground staff were really unhelpful. We had checked out of our hotel at noon BUT asked the hotel to please keep our luggage so we could still enjoy the park facilities. We did not know that in doing so (checking out and no longer having a hotel room key) would result in shuttle buses refusing to take us back and the unhelpful ground staff telling us to walk back to the hotel. Mind you walking back to the hotel from the children's play area would've taken about an hour or more.
Needless to say, this upset me terribly!
3. The little blue and yellow cars for hire can ONLY be rented by Chinese citizens. What about the foreign community that lives and travels here? Having such an unwelcoming feeling and feeling of exclusion has resulted in me never wanting to take my family back there. Once was enough!!
The hotel should ensure that all the needs of local and foreign tourists are met just as we do for them in our countries.

PPiaoliangdouA lifesaver for early morning flights! It's within walking distance of the terminal, so you don't have to wake up extra early and can avoid the rush. The room was genuinely spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering plane views. I enjoyed a lovely bath in the evening and had a great night's sleep! The hotel isn't noisy, and the staff are very friendly. Check-out was efficient and hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

While the facilities aren't brand new, everything works perfectly. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit warm 😂. What truly stands out is the breakfast; the variety is quite rich, and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic! A special shout-out to the various Nanjing local snacks – both seniors and children raved about them 👍👍👍. They even sent us off with a box of pastries 😋.

PPomeloooooo00I brought my girlfriend to Nanjing for her birthday, and our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was just as wonderful as its reputation. From the concierge and lobby staff to the lounge team and even the cleaning aunties, everyone provided thoughtful and attentive service, making us feel incredibly warm and at home.
A special thank you to Doris, Gray, Jane, George, and Fairy from the lounge. Not only did they meticulously arrange a surprise birthday dinner for us, but they also remembered our names and faces within just two days, adding so much emotional value to our celebration.
Finally, I must also thank Wendy and all the ladies and gentlemen from Guest Services. After I checked out, you thoughtfully noticed that I had left an item in the room and helped me resolve the issue perfectly. Thank you!
Next time we have a chance to visit Nanjing, I believe we'll choose the Ritz-Carlton again! It truly lives up to its excellent reputation!

If you had any questions, you could ask directly and the response was very timely. The golf course is surrounded by a European-style manor, which is very distinctive. The room was cleaned very neatly! The transportation is also very convenient. There are both underground and ground parking lots, and charging piles are also provided. It is also very convenient to charge the tram. 🅿️The parking lot is free. There is also a children's playground, swimming pool, and gym inside the hotel, which are very complete. The swimming pool is very clean, and there is also a hot spring pool. You can soak in it after swimming. The hotel cleaning auntie has good service and cleans very cleanly. The hotel has several restaurants. I chose to eat at Lanting for breakfast and dinner, which is quite good. There are many choices.

__WeChat292184****This is by far the most convenient and high-quality star-rated hotel I've stayed at in Nanjing.
I booked a lake view room, and the scenery was absolutely stunning.
It also helped that the weather was great these past few days; waking up and opening the curtains immediately put me in a good mood for the day.
The buffet selection is also rich and varied, perfect for families and those traveling with children.
The housekeeping staff also cleaned my room very thoroughly every day.
The overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
