We booked three rooms with this hotel based on pictures from the hotel website. Seem to be a clean, above average hotel. Do not be deceived!! For starters, they have bedbugs. I got bit and came home with 40+ bedbug bites. Had to make a trip to the doctor and get prescription strength anti-itch cream. So I showed the hotel manager the numerous bites on my arms and legs, I took pictures and also captured one of the bedbugs in a plastic cup and took it down to the front desk to show him. He was in denial and said they weren’t bedbugs-he didn’t know what they were but he would contact his exterminator. He offered a $70 credit. Seriously? I itched for five days and ended up making a trip to the doctor, had to fill a prescription and you only offer $70 credit? I contacted Best Western corporate and they were not willing to do anything about it; told me it was at the discretion of the hotel. The rooms were dirty… Hair and dirt in the bathroom corners, feces on the toilet, stained and sticky carpet, grease on the valance. This hotel is also located in the hood, across the street from apartment apartment complex, bus stop outside in homeless camp one block away. There is an abandoned building outback with a chain-link fence around it and barbed wire fence on top of that. Our first night, we heard gunshots at 4 AM. That should tell you something! I have since read numerous reviews of bedbugs and uncleanliness at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Having stayed here for 3 nights, we found some good features…some bad. The good:- - we had a small apartment - the extra space was great. - the laundry room was fantastic - new machines and plenty of them. - Location was great - a short walk to many places. - The rooftop bar was great. Annoyingly it was closed to hotel guests one day for a private function (this should not happen!). The not so good:- - The lift situation. This was a disaster. One day, one of the lifts starting making an atrocious sound (that particular lift shaft being near our room and woke us up). It continued for hours before it was taken out of service. The lift repair man showed my husband the frayed cables in there. Wow - if the other lifts are like that there is some serious maintenance needed. - The wait for the lifts was way too long. Every single time. Many people would get in the lift going in the other direction so that they were at least in the lift for its return journey because otherwise when the lift finally arrived it was of course already full. - The pool area was overcrowded and we could never get a seat. Just too small an area when this large hotel is very busy which it was when we were there. - Nashville is expensive, and the bar here is no exception. It did not take long to spend $150 here and that was without food. - We did not use the carpark ourselves, but it was a strong talking point with many other guests that we kept getting told about - at $48 a day, this is exorbitant. - Breakfast was awful, never experienced anything like it. Not only was the food offering very basic selections but the ambiance was atrocious. Paper plates, plastic cutlery, paper cups - everything gets chucked into big garbage bins (that are in the breakfast area) when you are finished. Apart from the environmental disaster that this is, it just felt like a school cafeteria and a mismatch from the price paid for the accommodation. In summary, I’m not sure if I would stay again - the lift situation and poor breakfast experience would need to change.

Overall the room is nice Because Americans value privacy, they don't have to worry about communal spaces In fact, they are all separate rooms and bathrooms Public space has everything you need, coffee is free, and you can heat things and wash clothes and dry them. The parking lot is also very free. In the end, the staff is very proactive. Recommended!

The location is in the city center, the bed is very comfortable, and the facilities are relatively new and modern. The service attitude is also very good, both at the front desk and the doorman. At this price (more than 4,000 RMB per night), there are no slippers (perhaps due to cultural differences), but there is an extra charge for WiFi. Overall, it's good, after all, you paid a lot of money.

Stayed 5 nights on business in August 2022. This hotel has many good features: It’s fairly new; lobby, hallways and room were very clean; nice game area; fast Wifi; free breakfast; fast elevators; nice pool area; laundry; gym; Large rooms with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and real dishes; short walk to convention center and plenty of restaurants; far enough from Broadway to be away from the noise. I couldn’t give 5 stars due to I was put in one of the rooms on the second floor (206) that is next to the pool area. Couldn’t open my blinds or people could see in. Music plays in the pool area ALL NIGHT LONG. A manager said he would try to do something about it but the system played through the whole building and couldn’t be turned off after hours. Had to use ear plugs so I could sleep. Breakfast has lots of choices but some of them are only mediocre. Avoid the eggs and oatmeal. Fresh pancakes and waffles are good. $39 per night for parking is rather steep. But the garage is convenient with easy access. I would stay there again as long as I had a different room.
