Very surprised at level of service even for a Titanium member. Called and spoke to front desk the day before to request early check-in due to business meetings. Informed that request was made. At check-in informed no request was noted. Was informed I could try and find a place in extremely busy and noisy hotel to take video meetings. Overall check-in and check-out procedures disorganized and was informed different information from different people at front desk. Seemed hotel was very disorganized and overwhelmed. At other Marriott, especially JW Marriott properties staff goes above and beyond to make sure Titanium members are receiving a very high level of service. At the JW Marriott your status did not matter, service was disorganized, overwhelmed and could not figure out how to serve their high level members. Very disappointed in the property. Would not recommend for others to stay especially over a weekend. Room for a JW Marriott was horrible!! Furniture was damaged, carpeting was dirty and sticky and walls dirty. Definitely a party room. This had to be one of the worst rooms in the hotel. Provided feedback to front desk and was told ”nothing they could do as the hotel was busy and there was nothing they could do even for Titanium members”; ”also you are in Nashville where all rooms have wear and tear as this is a party city”! Could not believe it; a JW Marriott property telling customers that customers should expect damaged rooms in Nashville since Nashville is a party city! Can't believe a JW Marriott likes that reputation. Sat in bar area for evening drinks each night and every night had to ask at least 4 times for a glass of water! Lastly, the Bourbon and Steak restaurant has amazing views and fantastic food however the service was HORRIBLE. All servers we had were rude, condescending and had an attitude that we were bothering them. We had a party of six and my wife and I had a very late lunch that day. We met our party and we both ordered salads as we were not hungry for a large dinner at 5pm (only time we could get into restaurant which was OK). Waitstaff rolled their eyes when we placed our order and were very condescending toward us for my wife and I not having a large meal. At one point we were asked several times ”are you sure you do not want to order something else?” This was after multiple times explaining we had a very late lunch and could not eat a large dinner. Service ruined a beautiful restaurant.

My wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the strip, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is ”on demand” they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.

Our stay was great! From the valet to the front desk the service was wonderful. The hotel is definitely unique, and surprisingly quiet since it's in downtown Nashville. Lots of things to do within walking distance. I want to give a big thank you to Brianna, at the front desk. Brianna went above and beyond on the morning of our departure when the shared valet was bogged down, she made sure we got our car in a timely fashion that helped us to get back on the road before the rush hour traffic. Awesome service, thank-you!

We’ve been to Nashville several times. We’ve now made it an annual tradition to come each October. Though, we do come several times a year, October is always a must as the weather is great. We love the location of The Bobby hotel. It’s near Broadway, without the craziness. It’s classy and gorgeous. Plus, Rachel was the absolute best bartender. We enjoyed our stay and the incredible aesthetics of the hotel. Such a fab trip!

Can't say enough about this hotel! We met a couple in Memphis who recommended it and we are so glad they did! Upon arrival, the person who greeted us was so nice! I requested a floor change and it was accommodated pleasantly and quickly! The suite was spacious, clean and had oversized windows to enjoy the view! The gym was great, has most of what you will need. No kettle bells but there were hand weights and a bunch of machines. Location is perfect! Walk a few blocks to Broadway or take an easy walk over to The Gulch. The doors are secured 24/7 so only guests can enter with a key card. And the freebies! How can you not love the freebies?! This was our first experience with this hotel brand. Because of this 5 star experience, we will definitely look into staying at another Drury property on a future trip!

This place has the best employees one could ask for!! Tiffany was amazing on the phone while I tried making arrangements for our stay!! D****l was most helpful once we arrived with eating places! Also have to give a shout out to the 2 guy shuttle drivers who went above and beyond to get us to town and back to the hotel every day! Don’t want to miss the cook for breakfast my little girl cut her finger at breakfast the cook wouldn’t let me clean up the mess plus went and got us bandaids! Very friendly and most welcoming is what you will get when you stay here! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable! Lisa

The hotel is in a great location. It's clean with a friendly staff. Margo was a great help at checkout. One of the ladies on the cleaning staff went out of her way to recommend a place for lunch. Breakfast was great and was included. We'll definitely be back.
