It is a hostel in Honmachi, Osaka. It is relatively close to downtown, but I think it is a quiet and very good environment at night because it is an office town. Stayed in the dormitory, but there was a curtain in the bed and it was no problem because it became a private space. I would like to use it again.

Me and my friend stayed here in April for 2 nights whilst in Osaka. It is a bit far from the main dotonburi canals and shopping etc but probably about 25 minutes walk ish. The hotel itself was lovely very clean very modern the bunk beds was comfy I actually slept unlike in other places I stayed in japan. We did make a mistake on our booking and booked for men’s which woops so they changed it to the women’s thankfully , you get free coffee juice and toast in the morning but we didn’t really use it much, I was so impressed by the design the facilities the shower the toiletries the washrooms etc it looked much more expensive that it actually was. I think we got s bargain for this place for 2 nights and it looked like it would have cost us a lot by the interior and exterior. Overall I really enjoyed it here and I would defo stay here again given I would be back in Osaka

This superb hotel, very conveniently situated near Honmachi station on the Midosuji line, is the best hotel within the Holiday Inn Express Chain that I have ever stayed at. Our room, furnished with a contemporary flair, house exceptionally comfortable beds for a tranquil night's sleep. In a thoughtful nod to guest comfort, the hotel offers both soft and firm pillows to suit individual preferences. The intuitive air conditioning system allows for seamless temperature adjustments, and the seemingly small refrigerator packs a punch with its remarkable cooling capabilities. A suitably sized table is perfectly situated for using my laptop. The bathroom goes above and beyond, featuring a powerful massage shower system that soothes our every tired muscle after a full day of touring. The hotel staff are a paradigm of warmth and hospitality, always available with a smile and ready to assist. When I requested for a plug adapter, they went the extra mile and provided two, fulfilling my true requirements perfectly. The breakfast buffet is a culinary delight with its high-quality selections. Even though the variety may not be vast, the available options more than satisfy the palate for a hearty breakfast. The handmade Tofu stands out with its impressive softness, surpassing those I've had in Hong Kong. In a testament to their thoughtful service, the hotel provides bags for guests to pack their breakfast, catering to those on a tight schedule. After a six-night stay at this hotel, I found it hard to bid farewell to this remarkable gem, standing out among the multitude of hotels. It offers an experience that redefines hospitality. From Jerome, the General Manager, to every member of staff including the room cleaning team, there's a palpable demonstration of team spirit in their commitment to delivering supreme quality service. While I’ve previously enjoyed my stays at the St. Regis and Intercontinental in Osaka, this experience has shifted my preference. Should I find myself returning to Osaka, this hotel will undoubtedly be my singular choice.

You don't have to worry about traveling to different places. Because it's close to the subway and also close to the most popular shopping areas. Polite service staff, clean rooms and there is a laundry room as well, very convenient.

We booked for 5 days in this hotels, locationwise is very convinience near to shinsaibashi-suji shopping area and also shinsaibashi metro station. The room is quite nice but toilet sometime have a smell and also the toilet lid it always closed and touch your back whenever you are doing some business. On the last day the staff is quite rude when we asking for late check out for 30min to 1 hours and asked us to pay and even not pay attention to us when she talk. Overall is quite nice to stay!

Location between Honmachi and Sakaisuji line Honmachi on the Midosuji line. I think it is good location in about 5 minutes walk from both. I entered a little passage next to the building to the front desk. The main intersection is Max Cafe, which is also a breakfast venue. It is not a big hotel but clean. The customer service is also a good impression. The room is clean and comfortable. Amenities are also better than conventional hotels as well as this class hotel with recent quality. It is a pity that there are not so many breakfasts and there are no salads. The most important thing about breakfast is salad, so the point reduction discretion in terms of satisfaction. Still, it is a meal of rice and a tea pickle. Seasoned nori, tsubo pickled, umeboshi, and natto are standard, and there are 9 kinds of tea pickled offerings. So I was relieved to get rice. Maybe it's because it's Japanese. This is only a cancellation. The standard system was also there.

The most I like about this hotel is location. It’s located very close to Dontomburi & high-street shopping area. By the way, the design of the whole floor and even the room quite dark & dim. You will see the dusk on furniture very easily. It was more about design to be chic hotel I would say but if you travel with elderly it was too dark and not so properly. We also found a piece of tissue in the room. On the first day that we have breakfast we went down before breakfast section close 30 minutes, and they informed us already which is understandable, and we absolutely respect the time. While we mostly finish our breakfast, the most senior staff came to our table with not so nice gesture to rush us to finish. He told is “5 minutes” but he told the table of 3 ladies next to us “10 minutes” and giggling. That’s already ruin my morning mood. For me this very rude and unacceptable as I am also working in luxury & lifestyle hospitality industry as well. I select Mercure in Osaka because of the brand. This is my first time with Accor property in Japan, and it makes me very doubt in their service quality. However, other staff I met at the collider and front office very pleasant and helpful, especially Mr.Kim who help us on check in. Overall experience for me is OK, but I expected to see well-trained staff when they approach the customer. This kind of things will make the service another level. Comparing to Kyoto hotel I stay few nights their in a local brand but the service was very warm welcome and homies.

- The hotel is in a good location as it’s close to two metro stations, plenty of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of Osaka Castle and Dotonbori. Plus, it’s not too far from Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka Station if taking trips. - The room is a little small but not too bad, plus the shower and bath are nice, as well as the electric bidet toilet. - Cleaning of the room is infrequent and they never changed my mug so I was washing the mug every day in the sink to clean it. - Amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be collected yourself from the lobby on the 18th floor. They also have laundry and microwaves on the second floor.

The room is clean. Just alittle small and there is no view from the window. Overall, great service from the staff and just 8 mins walk from Shinsaibashi MRT

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.
