I stayed for a company information session. I was grateful that I was able to act lightly by accepting luggage storage before and after check-in. We also served natural water. There were shampoos in the room, but I could choose what I liked and bring it to the room.

I choose this guest house because its the few place that offer ”futon” bed, because I really want to experience it, the staff was really friendly, there are many events, like the 'gather and talk all you can eat Takoyaki events'm the staff is super friendly. I went with my mom and brother, my mom love the atmosphere too. We defiantly will come back!

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

It looked like a new hotel and looked clean. The bathroom was also a separate type, which was my criteria, but the bath floor wasn't very clean and there was mold in the corners. I also cleaned the bathroom! But it's more forgivable than the room.The room is full of dust.I wiped it all over with disinfectant wipes.The flooring? It was noticeable that the dirt couldn't be removed from the area, but I didn't feel like cleaning that much so I had to put up with it.I spoke to 4 staff members, 3 at the front desk and 1 at the restaurant, and everyone seemed to be very nice. I was disappointed in the cleaning part.Will my companion have to change rooms midway through? I started saying, but please give me back all the effort I've put in! What will you do! that's enough! I thought there was probably water in the room, but there wasn't.I didn't check this, so maybe the hotel didn't have water in the first place.Or maybe it's the grade of the room? As soon as I left the room to buy a drink, I encountered the cleaning staff. They ignored me even though they saw me. Maybe it was because they did a sloppy cleaning job? Or do you mean that you are an employee of a cleaning company and have nothing to do with the hotel? Well, I don't want you to force me to say hello, so it's fine. I chose the hotel because it had good reviews, so I'm disappointed. I'll just say that I'm a rough and timid person, and I'm not a nervous person at all! It means that I thought it was terrible. Did the problem happen to be the room that was prepared for me? If so, then it's not too bad luck (tears).

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was spacious and staff were extremely patient and helpful. Both the functionality and the aesthetics of the room were well executed. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

The hotel has a great location, with views of Osaka Castle, and it's only 20 minutes to attractions like Osaka's Shinsaibashi. There was a concierge when we checked in. Even though we have Gold status, we stayed in an executive room, so after we checked in at the front desk, we went to the lounge to wait for our room to be ready. Once it was, our luggage had already been moved into the room. There was no welcome fruit, but there were cookies. The room is not large, 26 sqm, but it is very well-decorated, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a nice view. The hotel just opened in 2024, so all the facilities are very new. The hardware is well-made, and the bathroom is fully equipped with TOTO smart fixtures. The quality of the food and drinks in the lounge was quite good, and the desserts weren't too sweet. In addition to a continental breakfast, you can also enjoy some Japanese specialty snacks. The electronic room key worked well, with hardly any issues. It could be used in the gym, pool, elevator, and room. The gym isn't large, but it's well-equipped, with all Precor products. 酒店位置很好，能看到大阪城，20分钟能去到大阪心斋桥等等景点。入住时有礼宾。虽然是金卡，但是我们入住行政房，因此我们在前台办理好后就去酒廊等待房间准备就绪。在就绪后，我们的行李已经被搬进房间。没有欢迎水果，但是有曲奇。 房间不大，26sqm，但是装修很好，层高很高，有落地窗，景色不错。是2024年新开业的酒店，设施都很新，五金件很紧致，全套toto智能卫浴。 酒店的酒廊出品质量以及酒的质量都不错，甜点不腻。早餐除了欧陆早餐，还能吃到一些日本特色小食。 电子房卡好用，很少掉链子，健身房、泳池、电梯、房间均可用。健身房不大，但是设施齐全，全部都是precor的产品。

The room was very clean, the location was good and cost-effective, and the breakfast was also very good. I went there at the end of April. The only drawback was that the room was really humid. I've stayed at hostels before, and had a great experience till now. It's a shame to say I cancelled my stay at this hostel. Unfortunately, it fell below expectations and did not match the excellent reviews I saw online. We booked a non-smoking room, only for us to smell the smoke lingering in the room from the other guests. My father and mother, both very sensitive to the smell, had trouble sleeping and continually coughed throughout the night. And even though the hotel acknowledged this issue, they did nothing to solve it. Additionally, the room smelled like damp sweat. Even though we were supposed to be given a ”private” room, we only had a little partition separating us from the rest of the dormitory, making us feeling ill at ease when they admitted in their signs of common cases of theft in the hostel. Furthermore, their laundry facilities were absolutely terrible. We tried using the washing/drying machines, but after attempting 4 cycles of drying, the clothes were nearly as wet as when they went in. A staff member acknowledged this as an issue that needed to be fixed when I approached him, but was reluctant to do anything beyond saying he should propose for it to be put out of service so it could be fixed. We left two days in of our four night stay because the conditions grew to be unbearable. I left as soon as my family and I could find another place to stay. The staff apologized but did nothing about our negative experience. I would absolutely never recommend this hostel. There are far better places to stay in Osaka for a better price, better comfort, and better service.

This is not the first time we stay at Karaksa joint. After our previous stay at Karaksa Saporro, we decided to try in Osaka. If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

MMelciaVery convenient as it is near the Osaka station and umeda station. There are plenty of malls nearby too. Ichiran ramen is just 5 mins away too!
There are amenities at the 1st floor which provided facial cream, toner and cleansing oil as well.
They only provide 2 bottles of water a day.

AAshleeeeeIt’s the best location ever! We spent two nights there since we bought 1.5 days’ tickets of USJ. The hotel is exactly located at the front of USJ, it’s very convenient for us to queue in the early morning and rest immediately when we left USJ at 10pm! We don’t have to worry about the time and the transportation!
Although we left USJ late, we can still get some snacks and drinks in the convenient stores nearby! It’s happy to stay at this hotel!

Ccskphc2004The hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.

Hhylai12We stayed in this hotel for two nights because of its location - it's right next to the JR Bentencho station and it took only 10 mins to go to USJ, where we joined their countdown party on the New Year's eve. The room was spacious compared to those located in the city centre (e.g. Umeda, Shinsaibashi). It was a good deal to stay in such a big room with this price. It was also clean and quiet, despite its proximity to the train station. Going to the city centre is also easy - you could take local metro to Dohton Bori in 15 mins. The train getting to the Kansai airport also stopped at Bentencho, so you don't have to worry about going to the airport neither! The price comes with breakfast, but we hadn't got a chance to try it. There was also a 7-11 next to the entrance of the hotel - very convenient. There are a number of hotels close to USJ but they are always expensive. I'd recommend this to those who are looking for something economical, while you don't have to sacrifice quality / convenience.

HHalsansanI stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. LLtse112The location is good. Staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean, and with amenities that you can be hassle free. They have a comnon area equipped with microwave and provide free flow of drinks, such as coffee, tea & soft drinks... etc., which is excellent! They serve ramen at reasonable price up to 21:00, love it!

JJeryl STo be honest, holiday inn has been quite disappointing these few years.
This was my least favourite hotel amongst the ones I’ve stayed at in Japan.
Service was good and they allowed us to check in earlier as the rooms were ready.
But the rooms were really a tight squeeze, charging points were not in very accessible locations, lights were super dark and bad for getting ready, water kept getting clogged in the bathtub coz the flow was so slow….
But the good thing is that it’s in a very good location as many places were within walking distance. Though this can be a bad point as well if you’re staying on the lower floors as it can get quite noisy if you’re facing the streets.
Which is what happened for my other room.

HHktphongThe hotel as a whole needs to be clean as well, because you live on a higher floor and have a good view. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is also convenient to go to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. There is also a railway station nearby.
