As i've seen on other reviews it is VERY noisy woken up by men screaming at 3am The mirror in the bathroom was mucky light on it didnt work and there was a section of the wall that was panelled and held in by folded tissue paper, the pillows quite uncomfortable very hard. The lift to go upstairs is tiny we avoided and carried our cases up the stairs. Someone is always in the reception our hairdryer wasn't working they provided one when we asked right away. For a 3 night stay it was ok close to the metro and lots of shops around. A lovely little Italian around the corner but avoid the restaurant on the corner across from the moulin rouge!

Pros The location is convenient and well suited for sightseeing. The hot water is warm and has good pressure, making it relaxing to use. The room is cleaned every day, so it stays very clean. When there is a problem, calling the staff results in polite and helpful support. Cons The kitchen was broken, so I was unable to cook during my stay. Even when I had issues, the AI responses were repetitive and unhelpful, which was frustrating. The ceiling was thin and creaky, making it difficult to sleep.
