1) I booked this Mercure without even looking, simply because Mercure hotels in my home country are quite good. My conclusion: this Mercure is a far cry from those, a world apart. 2) The only redeeming quality is its excellent location; you can walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and other attractions. 3) The front desk is tiny, and the service is just okay. 4) The hallways are very narrow and winding. 5) The room itself is tiny, with basic facilities. They don't provide bottled water; you have to take your own bottle to the hallway to fill up. 6) The front desk recommended breakfast, but given the state of the room, I didn't trust they could make a good one, so I skipped it and can't comment. 7) Also, the elevator is very small; it supposedly fits four people, but two people would be face-to-face. It's also very slow. 8) There's another hotel right next door that's much cheaper and has a much better lobby and rooms. I considered switching but was too lazy to deal with Ctrip and the hotel, so I just made do for three nights. Out of 100, I'd give it 50. I definitely do not recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the food, which was delicious and offered good variety. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel in the 15th arrondissement is very quiet, convenient, and safe. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris on a budget who wants a safe and affordable option! There are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, and Metro lines 8 and 12 are just a 5-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris ❤️

Guest UserRecommended by Doubao and booked via Trip.com. It's very convenient to get around; you can see the Eiffel Tower right outside, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Seine River. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. If you don't mind walking, you can stroll along the Seine River for 4.8 km to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the old train station, and more.

RoushuwoniuFirst off, the hotel's location is truly excellent. It's right next to a metro station, and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in just over 10 minutes. Getting to attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame by metro takes about 20 minutes.
What really surprised me was that for a seemingly decent-sized hotel, my floor only had 5 rooms on one side. You step out of the elevator and are practically at the end of the hallway – the space is shockingly small. The room itself isn't huge, just barely sufficient. Only one room on the floor gets good natural light; the others are quite dim.
There's a fantastic Chinese restaurant about a 15-minute walk away. The Western-style breakfast was perfect for me as someone who works out regularly, but it might not be ideal for those accustomed to Chinese cuisine. They do have a gym, but it's very small – good enough for a quick workout if you're on a short trip. Overall, I'd still recommend staying here.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to walk to Sacré-Cœur, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so getting around in general is quite convenient.
However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom space is on the smaller side.
My experience with the service was rather mediocre. I felt that the staff's attitude varied depending on the guest. During my stay, only one lady with long blonde hair at the front desk and a gentleman with a low ponytail were very friendly and willing to help us. The service from the other staff members wasn't as good.
Another confusing issue for me was this: I booked two double rooms, but when checking in, I only provided passport information for three people, yet I was charged city tax for four people. Later, I went to the front desk to clarify, and the tax for one person was refunded, so the issue was resolved in the end. However, I still don't understand why there was such a charge in the first place.
Something else that negatively impacted my experience was that when housekeeping cleaned the room, they simply tossed clothes that were on the bed directly onto my suitcase. While they might have just been trying to tidy the bed, this way of handling personal items felt disrespectful. I hope they can be more careful with guests' belongings in the future.
Overall, the hotel's location is indeed great, but there's room for improvement regarding facilities, service details, and the overall guest experience.

We were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and everything was exceptional. The only drawback was that upon checking out, we were told the room wasn't paid for, even though we had prepaid for it months before. Aside from that, everything was incredible.

Beautiful and exquisite small hotel, the store decoration is very careful, and the management is also very careful. Recommend everyone to stay in this hotel in Paris.
I booked two hotels in Paris for three days. The prices of the two hotels are similar, but the staying experience is too different. This one is very good, and the other one is quite unpleasant and even scary.
