The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's convenient to get to the main attractions. The hotel facilities are decent, and the room size is sufficient for two people, with enough space to open a large and small suitcase. It's a good choice for a couple.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the food, which was delicious and offered good variety. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Guest UserThe room was a bit compact, but I guess that's common for most hotels in Europe. There are so many Mercure hotels in Paris that I actually went to two wrong ones before finding this one. Overall, it was pretty good. There's a large supermarket right opposite the hotel, which was very convenient for shopping. Plus, there's a bakery around the corner with really affordable prices.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to both M6 and C metro lines, which take you directly to Versailles Palace and Notre Dame. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is right next to the hotel, so we got to see it every day coming in and out. We arrived around 10 AM, and after becoming members, they allowed us to check in early. The room size was decent, with enough space to fully open two suitcases. Housekeeping was good; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene was well-maintained. However, the toiletries were quite disappointing and stingy. There were no slippers, and the shower gel and shampoo were a 3-in-1 product. The drinking cups and mouthwash cups were small disposable paper cups. While the mouthwash cups were replaced daily for a while, we stayed four nights, and by the last day, they were unusable and weren't replaced with new ones after being taken away. Tissues weren't replenished daily either; we had one box for the entire stay, which ran out on the last night. These small details were quite frustrating. Also, they don't provide complimentary bottled water in the room, but there's a free water dispenser in the lobby where you can refill as many times as you like. These are things future guests should be aware of before booking.

RoushuwoniuFirst off, the hotel's location is truly excellent. It's right next to a metro station, and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in just over 10 minutes. Getting to attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame by metro takes about 20 minutes.
What really surprised me was that for a seemingly decent-sized hotel, my floor only had 5 rooms on one side. You step out of the elevator and are practically at the end of the hallway – the space is shockingly small. The room itself isn't huge, just barely sufficient. Only one room on the floor gets good natural light; the others are quite dim.
There's a fantastic Chinese restaurant about a 15-minute walk away. The Western-style breakfast was perfect for me as someone who works out regularly, but it might not be ideal for those accustomed to Chinese cuisine. They do have a gym, but it's very small – good enough for a quick workout if you're on a short trip. Overall, I'd still recommend staying here.

A pretty disappointing experience as we came back for the 3rd time and service was very poor.
- no greetings upon enter ting the hotel
- No greetings when approaching desk and discussing topic (just answering strait away the question)
- no smile of any sort, no consideration of our enquiry on bathroom cold (due to wind coming in the ventilation)
- no helping hand when we have 3 XL luggage each of us
- not aware of the public parking rules and regulations… which is the obvious unofficial parking of the hotel
- rude welcome at the breakfast area, and the person in charge not understanding French language
As for the food, the breakfast level is rather average…. And the way we were welcomed at breakfast check in was rude. No greetings as mentioned bfr, telling us strait forward “you have to pay for breakfast here now”, and just simple food…
As a summary, this will be our last time here. I ll pay a bit more, but for a much better service.

We were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and everything was exceptional. The only drawback was that upon checking out, we were told the room wasn't paid for, even though we had prepaid for it months before. Aside from that, everything was incredible.

Beautiful and exquisite small hotel, the store decoration is very careful, and the management is also very careful. Recommend everyone to stay in this hotel in Paris.
I booked two hotels in Paris for three days. The prices of the two hotels are similar, but the staying experience is too different. This one is very good, and the other one is quite unpleasant and even scary.
