The room was nice, Mercure's standards are consistently good. I especially loved the Nuxe honey hand soap in the room – it seems impossible to find in pharmacies or duty-free shops! The hotel's parking garage is quite a labyrinth. If you park there first, it's impossible to get your large luggage to your room because the hallways are incredibly narrow. You absolutely must drop off your luggage at the hotel entrance first, then go park in the garage, which costs 22 euros a day. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit of a surprise. You have to cook your own fried eggs and boiled eggs, so be careful not to burn yourself.

Here’s a more polished and firm version of your review: The worst Mercure experience ever. I felt that Asian guests were treated differently during my stay. I stayed for 2 nights and requested no housekeeping, but only asked for drinking water refill. The reception informed us that we could request water from the front desk when needed. However, the next day when I requested 2 bottles of water, I was told that no extra drinking water would be provided and that I could purchase it from the bar instead. What was disappointing was that later the same evening, I saw another group of travellers requesting water and they were given bottles without any issue. If the hotel has a strict policy regarding complimentary water limits per room, this should be clearly communicated to all guests consistently, instead of applying different standards to different people.

I arrived quite early and was greeted by a very friendly lady! She proactively asked if I was heading into Paris and mentioned that I could take the tram right outside and then transfer to the metro, which was very convenient. She even helped me look up the tram stop names and where to get off. Really helpful! The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable, and the room was decent. Breakfast was available quite early in the morning. The bus to the airport was punctual and departs right in front of the Ibis. It only takes 5 minutes to get to Terminals 1, 2, and 3. This is a great choice if you have an early morning flight or a late arrival.

The hotel is in a perfect location if one wants to enjoy Paris the Parisian way. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars around the corner. Very likely all day long, and the market on Avenue du Maine is a pleasure to look for fresh foods, or on Sunday for some little presents and memorables from Paris. For people who like to walk a city like me, it is the perfect location to explore the city, since most sight are walkable distance, or a few stops by metro.  The hotel itself is pleasant, clean and friendly. I enjoyed the stay very much also considering the hotel prices in Paris in general, I felt that this hotel delivers on a high level reg. cost and benefits. Thank you for a wonderful few days and I'll be back.

This was the worst Mercure hotel I have ever stayed at. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The reception staff were not friendly at all. They never greeted guests — not even a simple “good morning” — and always looked unhappy or uninterested. During check-in, the receptionist stayed seated while I was standing in front of the desk, and there was no greeting or welcome. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. The breakfast was also poor. The eggs were undercooked and still raw, and the coffee tasted bad. Definitely not the standard I expect from Mercure. The rooms old. When I asked for advice about transportation to the airport, the receptionist was not helpful and didn’t seem willing to assist. Overall, the service and hospitality were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

I chose this hotel because it is close to my office. The room is big, and there is free water. You can store your luggage for free. The most important thing is that the front desk staff, both men and women, are very friendly. I am very touched. They will upgrade the room for free and solve any problems very quickly. I am very happy. Satisfied.

We stayed for 4 nights in a family attic room on the top floor during our Chinese New Year trip to Paris with our family of three. Besides a large bed, the room also had a sofa bed. Although just over 20 square meters, the layout was compact yet efficient, allowing us to comfortably open two 24-inch suitcases and one 20-inch carry-on, which we were very happy with. The room was clean, and the hot water came on quickly. The front desk staff were always friendly, greeting us warmly whenever we came and went. A great experience overall!

To be honest, this hotel is clean and the location is decent. However, I wasn't a fan of the facilities or the room layout, and the air conditioning wasn't strong enough, which was uncomfortable given how hot it's been in Europe these past few days. The front desk service was also a bit loud, so I'd say the overall experience is around four stars. The location is a bit out of the way, and a major downside is that there are no restaurants nearby, forcing you to eat at the hotel's own restaurant. Plus, taxis are incredibly expensive here in Europe, so I ended up spending a lot on fares.

Clean and well positioned both to reach the center of Paris and to head out to Versailles. It’s not fancy, but very functional. Ok for 1-2 nights.

1) I booked this Mercure without even looking, simply because Mercure hotels in my home country are quite good. My conclusion: this Mercure is a far cry from those, a world apart. 2) The only redeeming quality is its excellent location; you can walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and other attractions. 3) The front desk is tiny, and the service is just okay. 4) The hallways are very narrow and winding. 5) The room itself is tiny, with basic facilities. They don't provide bottled water; you have to take your own bottle to the hallway to fill up. 6) The front desk recommended breakfast, but given the state of the room, I didn't trust they could make a good one, so I skipped it and can't comment. 7) Also, the elevator is very small; it supposedly fits four people, but two people would be face-to-face. It's also very slow. 8) There's another hotel right next door that's much cheaper and has a much better lobby and rooms. I considered switching but was too lazy to deal with Ctrip and the hotel, so I just made do for three nights. Out of 100, I'd give it 50. I definitely do not recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the food, which was delicious and offered good variety. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel in the 15th arrondissement is very quiet, convenient, and safe. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris on a budget who wants a safe and affordable option! There are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, and Metro lines 8 and 12 are just a 5-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris ❤️

Recommended by Doubao and booked via Trip.com. It's very convenient to get around; you can see the Eiffel Tower right outside, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Seine River. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. If you don't mind walking, you can stroll along the Seine River for 4.8 km to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the old train station, and more.

First off, the hotel's location is truly excellent. It's right next to a metro station, and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in just over 10 minutes. Getting to attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame by metro takes about 20 minutes. What really surprised me was that for a seemingly decent-sized hotel, my floor only had 5 rooms on one side. You step out of the elevator and are practically at the end of the hallway – the space is shockingly small. The room itself isn't huge, just barely sufficient. Only one room on the floor gets good natural light; the others are quite dim. There's a fantastic Chinese restaurant about a 15-minute walk away. The Western-style breakfast was perfect for me as someone who works out regularly, but it might not be ideal for those accustomed to Chinese cuisine. They do have a gym, but it's very small – good enough for a quick workout if you're on a short trip. Overall, I'd still recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to walk to Sacré-Cœur, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so getting around in general is quite convenient. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom space is on the smaller side. My experience with the service was rather mediocre. I felt that the staff's attitude varied depending on the guest. During my stay, only one lady with long blonde hair at the front desk and a gentleman with a low ponytail were very friendly and willing to help us. The service from the other staff members wasn't as good. Another confusing issue for me was this: I booked two double rooms, but when checking in, I only provided passport information for three people, yet I was charged city tax for four people. Later, I went to the front desk to clarify, and the tax for one person was refunded, so the issue was resolved in the end. However, I still don't understand why there was such a charge in the first place. Something else that negatively impacted my experience was that when housekeeping cleaned the room, they simply tossed clothes that were on the bed directly onto my suitcase. While they might have just been trying to tidy the bed, this way of handling personal items felt disrespectful. I hope they can be more careful with guests' belongings in the future. Overall, the hotel's location is indeed great, but there's room for improvement regarding facilities, service details, and the overall guest experience.

We were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and everything was exceptional. The only drawback was that upon checking out, we were told the room wasn't paid for, even though we had prepaid for it months before. Aside from that, everything was incredible.

Beautiful and exquisite small hotel, the store decoration is very careful, and the management is also very careful. Recommend everyone to stay in this hotel in Paris. I booked two hotels in Paris for three days. The prices of the two hotels are similar, but the staying experience is too different. This one is very good, and the other one is quite unpleasant and even scary.
