GGuest UserHotel is located in the city centre of Santa Cruz area which is a short walk to the beach. It is surrounded by cafe, restaurants and local stores to shop. Hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful despite our limited spanish - they will try their best to accommodate your needs and answers your questions. It costs about 40 - 50 pesos to downtown (you can choose to walk too but we find it too hot for us). Personally, we find that the area is very safe and pleasant - unlike other larger touristy city, vendors are less pushy and very respectful and give you the space to shop.

GGuest UserWithout a doubt, it is one of the best hotels in Huatulco. Excellent beaches, perfect rooms, delicious food and extremely friendly staff.
If possible, purchase All Inclusive access. Either way, you're going to have an amazing time.
I already dream of going back.

Spacious room, AC was really new and worked well, breakfast was worth its price, pretty simple, but it filled me up for the afternoon, always clean room and fresh towels.
There aren't any big drawbacks, the only minor thing them some people might not like is that the water was not HOT, it was warm and it was fine with us. It was great to have a refreshing shower after a hot day on the beach. Also wifi slows down in peak hours, you won't be able to watch YouTube videos. It was not a problem for us at all. We even decided to extend our stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally well as it has a hostel and is a small Resort and is comfortable as bad that if it does bad stay is hygiene as there are many mosquitos and so it costs not good is not beach and though it is close and in the Marine is uncomfortable for what he charges maybe he would come back
