From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm welcoming smile from Ms. Angela Cortez at the hotel reception. She expertly dealt with our check in and made us feel very welcomed. In the evening Ms. Cortez gave us very good guidance for places to go to in the area. The hotel is centrally located in Pasto with the Las Galeras volcano in impressive view. The hotel is excellent and very good value. We were very impressed

The staff was exceptional at this hotel, always went above and beyond. Breakfast was great, hotel is kept very clean and room was very comfortable. The only small negative is that we were in a corner room and the WiFi was a little spotty. Highly recommend!

This hotel is nice, the staff couldnt have been nicer, they offered us snacks and water upon our arrival the room was small but cozy and had everything i need it. I would give this place a 10 for cleanines and kindness of the staff
