Quest is a nice and clean service apt with good location however, I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience on the last day when I checked out.
I had booked via Trip and had fully prepaid for the stay but hotel staff, Pablo, informed me curtly that the stay has not been paid. He threatened that the cost will be deducted against my security deposit if the hotel does not receive the payment.
This is an issue between Trip and the hotel but I am being harassed for the supposed non-payment. Pablo was extremely rude and condescending and marred the whole service experience.

The environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

The hotel is located across from Kings Park in the city's free transportation zone. The rooms are large and fully equipped, including a full kitchen, washing machine, and more. I highly recommend it!

The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel.
The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option.

The room was emaculately clean, bright and modern. Big TV and I love the fully glassed windows with blind out curtain so you can sleep without the bright day light shining on you. The kitchenette was well equipped and easy to use. The room even have a washer dryer for laundry. Very well located just a few minute walk to striling train station and a bus ride to scaborough. You can get your groceries from spudsheed which was also just about 10min walk. All in all it was an amazing stay!! Would come back again!

fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome

Very clean, well kept apartment with the full amenities for a 3-night stay. We were checking in as a family of 2 adults and a child. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main Perth city centre, Joondalup was a peaceful getaway for us during the New Year celebrations. Reception was always friendly and helpful and paid secured parking was available. Thank you.
