Friendly staff, It's a good hotel, it's value for money,the hotel clean & tidy, the only thing is, tv chanel not so good, but it's not a big deal for us, and suitable for family, friends, & couples, the hotel located at a strategic area, opposite the mc Donald at ss2, or dking durian, overall is good, recommended ✅✅👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Comfortable to spend the night with the family. A lift is available for each floor and it is easy to carry things to the room. Comfortable and spacious bathroom. The location is close to the LRT station. There are many restaurants nearby, banks and convenience stores. Affordable price. Clean and tidy. Will come again to Hotel 99.

1. Great Location The hotel is very well located, close to a large shopping mall with plenty of food options nearby, which is very convenient. 2. Convenient Transportation The hotel is very close to the MRT station, making it very easy to get around, whether for travel or shopping. 3. Decent Cleanliness The cleanliness of the hotel is acceptable, but I hope the hotel can consider providing face towels, which would enhance the guest experience. 3. Old Furniture I understand that this hotel has a long history, but the furniture in the rooms is too outdated and needs to be updated and maintained. 4. Iron Issue The provided iron has a burnt surface, which severely affects its usability and even stained my clothes. I suggest the hotel replace the iron promptly. 5. Poor Sound Insulation The sound insulation between rooms is poor. At night, I could hear the sounds of the couple next door making love, which disturbed my rest. I recommend the hotel improve its soundproofing measures. Overall, the hotel's location and transportation are its biggest advantages, but there is room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance, sound insulation, and guest experience.

We had a happy stay! Our room is perfect.. clean and tidy. The gym and pool is awesome. Syikin and Nani at the reception was really kind and helpful. The location: slightly not easy to find. We use Google Map and asked the security guard to tell us how to get to the lobby. Overall, happy and peaceful, thank you!

It was the best stay for me as the unit was extremely clean and subtle. Truly loved the ambiance that I had no regrets of extending another one night. Definitely worth coming back.

I recently stayed at Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding staff. On June 30, 2024, I realized that I had left my jewelry in the hotel room after checking out. In a panic, I called the hotel and spoke with Mr. Azam, the Guest Service Agent. His calming demeanor and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. Within minutes, Mr. Azam, along with Ms. Saherah, the Senior Security Officer, assured me that they were on it. Their thorough check revealed that Ms. Shanti, the diligent Housekeeping Maid, had found my jewelry and promptly reported it to her manager, Mr. Tarmizee, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The swift and professional actions didn’t stop there. Ms. Shanti and Mr. Tarmizee handed over the jewelry to Mr. Zairul Azli, the Assistant Safety & Security Manager, for verification. To ensure the highest level of security, Mr. Zairul reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm that no one else had entered the room after I checked out. This meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination among the staff members were truly remarkable. Their honesty, efficiency, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Azam, Ms. Saherah, Ms. Shanti, Mr. Tarmizee, and Mr. Zairul Azli for their exceptional service and assistance. Glennerie Golf and Country Club offers a serene escape with its lush greenery and stunning views. As you navigate the course, each hole presents a picturesque panorama of rolling hills and meticulously manicured fairways. The surrounding landscape, dotted with trees and framed by distant mountains, enhances the sense of tranquility. Whether you're an avid golfer or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, the club's verdant scenery invites you to immerse yourself in nature's beauty. With each swing of the club, you're not just playing a round of golf; you're also embracing the therapeutic power of the great outdoors. Glennerie is more than a golf course; it's an oasis of natural splendor.

It cost me RM133.20 for a night in a deluxe king bed room. This including breakfast. It sound good, yet there are some points that I personally don't appreciate. 1. Location. The way to the hotel is quite misleading, even with the help of Google Map and waze. I miss a few important junction. No roadsign put in place. There are lots of construction projects around the hotel. 2.poor car park. The condition of the car park is similar to a old building. Dirty and dim light. 3.room. the bed is clean and comfortable. However, the facilities is old and some switches doesn't work well. Wi-Fi is slow, I can't stream YouTube smoothly. I have to turn on my own data plan to avoid frustration. 4. I request for a iron and ironning board. The ironning board seems dirty and old (chocolate coloring on the cover). 5. No safe box in the room. I can't have my important thing in the room when I was out. 6. Breakfast is poor for a hotel standard. The food is at street level. Plates are cold and few selection of food. Local food like fried rice, Nasi lemak, porridge, fruit. Coffee and tea. I can have better standard at mamak stall/restautant outside. Not worth to include breakfast with the room. In general, I would not recommend this hotel. I book this place because my friends are living nearby (15mims drive radius) and easy to access to hotel after a late night activities in the town.

Simple and cozy hotel. Lots of parking space available. Hotel with only basic needs. It was a pleasant stay. Aircond sejuk gila!

Service was superb.. From the time that we step in till we went up to rooms. Hotel was clean and nice ambience. Good job too all the staff who put a lot effort for full fill guest satisfaction . Welcome cookies it’s a nice gesture 😉 And not to forget compliments Dhurga from Front Dest . Serve us with polite and respectful service. Thumbs up 👍🏽
