Everything good for this price

Excellent location, good and clean rooms and very good service and hospitality

I stayed here in 18 years and stayed here again in 24 years. The scenery is still beautiful. I walked around the hotel’s exclusive beach in the morning and felt comfortable. It was a quiet and happy holiday.

The facility is old, so the air conditioner is noisy and not very good. However, the surrounding scenery is good.

The hotel is located between Phan Thiet and Mui Ne so it is convenient for going out and eating. Although the hotel equipment is old, it is still regularly maintained and is generally fine. The hot and cold water system and air conditioning work well. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. Breakfast does not have a lot of variety, but the food and drinks are quite delicious. The swimming pool and beach areas are clean and tidy which is a plus point. Overall everything is quite good in the price range, nothing outstanding but nothing worth criticizing either. Suitable for families and small groups of friends to go out on weekends to avoid crowded places.

The resort is in a bit of a remote location. The service seems to be good, but some staff don't speak English. The swimming pool is clean and nice. However, the restroom is open to the outdoors, so people passing by can see it through the gap in the partition, and there are a lot of bugs. The fact that it is a sunflower shower was also a bit inconvenient. The rice noodles are okay. And the fried rice didn't have a Vietnamese feel. Overall, it's about 2.5 to 3 out of 5. I really liked that they took me by car to the bus stop!

Fabulous week at the Romana, beautiful gardens, beautiful clean beach (direct access), and beautiful staff! A special mention for Loan and colleagues at reception, always welcoming, friendly and very helpful, especially with our transfer back to HCMC! (thanks again, much appreciated). Lovely quiet base between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, ideally located to tour the main attractions, and in addition to the hotel restaurant (food very nice) it's a short walk (8 minutes) to the LOCAL shop, bar and small restaurants, all charming and very good. Ocean View Villa highly recommended, with gorgeous private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off 🙂

Man I love the Spa I just have to say that opening up your pores in steam fresh air a great experience for anybody that tries it if you haven't I highly suggest it it is so relaxing with an extreme satisfaction.

We stayed in beach front villa for 12 nights in Feb 23. Accomodation was perfect, spacious with 2 terases and private pool. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was occupied from roughly 10-20% only. It has some advantages (e.g. we were alone in central pool) and some disadvantages (e.g. generally some hotel services were limited - only one bar from total three was open). For beach lovers this is not the right choice to stay in, as there are only few (roughly 5) umbrellas and sun beds which are fixed on one place and quite old. There were almost all 12 days black flag because of high waves and swimming in the sea wasn't comfortable. Hotel is the really last one on the western of Mui Ne and without car or bike you can reach only one restaurant and small shop. We can recommend to rent a motorbike - it's very cheap and you can reach e.g. Mui Ne promenade starting behind big golf resort, with lot of restaurants and shops. We can recommend this hotel, it's very good value for money spent.

The stay at the hotel was charming. Upon arrival we exchanged our room for a beach villa for a modest fee. The breakfasts were adapted to local customs, but given that we were probably the only Europeans in the hotel, this is completely understandable. But we always had enough to eat. The other dishes were also very tasty. We took a taxi to the beach not far from the hotel, a beautiful clean beach where we were alone. We wanted to take a trip to Da Lat, which the very nice receptionist willingly arranged for us, the full-day trip with an English-speaking driver at a great price was amazing. A green setting. Staff present to make your stay ideal. Quality restaurant. If you can a pool villa is the best. In February 2020 I was in the host part very good, but the villa really very good. I'm going back as soon as possible.

Very friendly staff. More than incredible breakfast buffet, wide choice of dishes! Close to the sea and great private pool in the complex. Room adequate but not amazing (not very modern, mold in some places)
