Hotels Near Tab Po Beach in Phuket

My friend and I stayed here as part of the included accommodation while volunteering for a week at the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary. It’s a freshly remodeled hotel with clean, spacious bedrooms and private baths. Each room has its own balcony which is lovely. Comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff was kind and provides bottled water every day, with extra upon request free of charge. The Dee Cafe downstairs is wonderful and a must while staying here for breakfast and lunch (they close at 5pm so on-site dinner options were a bit limited). The only drawback is there is no coffee or tea provided in the rooms so you have to buy it downstairs in the cafe if you crave a morning caffeine fix. The same staff tends to the front desk as the cafe so often the front desk was empty, but there is a phone number posted on the door in case you need assistance. Also, heads up that the walls are thin so everyone can hear any noise from the bedroom and bathroom! Quiet is highly encouraged.

We went last week for a large family vacation to this amazing property. I have only great things to say about this place. 1. Very hospitable and friendly staff who took care of all our needs to perfection and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout our stay. 2. Lovely rooms that open up to the pool ( which was very clean ) and they were very prompt in the house keeping department. 3. The food menu was selected for our family and the hotel staff made sure that the quality was simply the best. Zero complaints with the cuisine. The most tastiest food we’ve had in Thailand. The chef also made sure the food suited our palate. Beautiful buffet set up for all our meals and attention to detail was immaculate. 4. Since we had 2 occasions to celebrate during our stay, they had a beautiful dinner party and BBQ setup (on request) at the beach for our celebrations and the next one setup near the main pool area. The amount of effort the hotel took to make sure we had a blast was unmeasurable. They helped setup live BBQ counters, super salads, outstanding seafood and amazing service throughout the occasions. They even suggested a live singer and a fire show which took our gathering to another level. 5. The spa experience was also the highlight of our trip. Highly trained professionals that were outstanding in their service. This review will not do justice to the satisfaction and fun we as a family had during our stay at this hotel. I wouldn’t give anything less than a 5 star for this experience and will hope to come back soon. There is absolutely nothing negative I could say about this gorgeous place. I left today after a weeks stay, and honestly I’m devastated I couldn’t stay longer haha. It is absolutely heaven on earth. I had a gorgeous villa with a pool. The room was so pretty and was in excellent condition. The restaurants were both excellent with a large range of food. The staff were all so kind and friendly. They were always very willing to help in any way they could. Thank you so much for my stay, I know that I will definitely have to come back again next summer!

This was our second stay at Thiwson. We stayed at the Deluxe Beach Front Villa ( room # A2) and it is definitely worth the extra money. Amazing view and a jacuzzi. Daily house keeping and really nice but basic breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always ready to help if you need anything. The restaurant is really great and cheap. We can’t recommend enough and we will probably be back.

The bathroom's drainage was not good, but the staff had us change to a new room as soon as we found the problem.

This property offers a tranquil environment in a beautiful location, ideal for nature lovers and anyone looking to relax. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We lucked into an upgraded room that was spacious and fabulous. Everything worked well, notably the showers (our villa had 1 indoor and 1 outdoor) had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. There is an excellent breakfast buffet as well as delicious cuisine for lunch and dinner. This hotel, unlike many, is not stagnant. It has been recently improved and they will continue to make upgrades over the next few years as we learned from the management. We will be back to enjoy this lovely venue again.

Pros: Good value for money, staff were great, rooftop pool was awesome, spacious rooms with everything you need, dog friendly. Cons: bit far away from beaches and some attractions but close to Phuket old town.

Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast had a variety, i enjoyed very much. Location is great, next to local market, walkable distance to airport bus terminal and city. Thank you very much.

Хороший отель, близкое расположение к пляжу, ночному рынку и знаменитой улице Бангла Роуд, рядом много обменников, если пройтись можно всегда найти выгодный курс. Так же рядом супермаркеты и обычные лавки с фруктами. Залог можно оставить, как в местной валюте, так и в долларах, евро и рублях (5000 руб.) Персонал на ресепшне не очень общительный, по-русски не говорит, только на английском. Брали номер + завтрак, завтраки однотипные день от дня, но всегда есть яичница и фрукты, за что большой плюс. Есть приятный бассейн, если в самую жару не хочется идти на пляж. Номер на попался простенький, но уютный. Фен, чайник, сейф есть. Уборка была каждый день, с мытьём полов. Только один раз нам не поставили воду. В целом все ок.

Lovely very very functional hotel with amazing pool in the shade for the kids … Minutes away from the most beautiful beach and buzzy place like Bangla road etc .. we went twice already to Phuket and both times stayed in Viridian resort and both time was just perfect!
