Tridente Collection Hotels in Rome

The hotel is in the city centre, close to the metro and rail station. It is in a quite street. The rooms are big enough, especially for the city centre in Rome, very clean and there are some extras (snacks, drinks, phone to connect online, etc etc). There is also a wonderful terrace with an amazing view. The hotel is used a lot by business travellers during offseason but is family friendly. You can both rest with your family or organise a small convention in the meeting room. The staff is very friendly, efficient and proactive in assisting. All fluent in English. The breakfast is quite nice with a lot of choices.

The location of the hotel is very good, the staff and the reception at the front desk are super nice. Parking is inconvenient.

I stayed here for three nights in mid-November with my mother in her 60s. The male staff at the front desk were all very service-minded, polite and kind. They also arranged for a smooth taxi pick-up and kindly explained how to use the subway. In addition, breakfast staff member MARTINA was very cheerful and kind, and provided truly impressive service. As described below, the location is also extremely convenient! The rooms are spacious and tidy, but a little old-fashioned. The shower room was a little difficult to use, but within acceptable limits. The bed was comfortable. Since it faces the street, we could hear a fair amount of outside noise at night, but once we were asleep it didn't bother us. Overall, it was a satisfying stay!
