The hotel is in the city centre, close to the metro and rail station. It is in a quite street.
The rooms are big enough, especially for the city centre in Rome, very clean and there are some extras (snacks, drinks, phone to connect online, etc etc).
There is also a wonderful terrace with an amazing view.
The hotel is used a lot by business travellers during offseason but is family friendly.
You can both rest with your family or organise a small convention in the meeting room.
The staff is very friendly, efficient and proactive in assisting. All fluent in English.
The breakfast is quite nice with a lot of choices.

The breakfast was great and the variety was very good. The hotel location is also very good to go to attractions. The room environment is also very good, it is big in the city center
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to various attractions, convenient for shopping, and quite safe. However, the overall facilities and amenities of the hotel are not commensurate with the cost. We stayed in 6 hotels during the whole trip. The price of this hotel ranked in the top three, but the experience was almost the last. First of all, the reception was very small. There was only one person on duty. When it was busy or when answering the phone, you had to wait for a long time. No one helped to take the luggage or deliver the luggage. The room types were very strange and weird. The room was also very small. All the facilities were installed in a small space. The decoration style was mainly dark. The wardrobe door was transparent and there was a face inside. It was really a bit scary. Almost no supplies were provided. Except for shampoo, shower gel and body lotion, there was no shower cap, let alone sanitary products. Fortunately, the minibar gave free snacks and drinks for the first time. The room was not cleaned cleanly and the bedding smelled. The breakfast was okay. Although there were not many varieties, the taste was okay and the service was also good. Overall, the location and service of the hotel were okay. The others were really not good. The price was inflated.
