We only spent one night in the room, but the experience was good. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels, two pairs of slippers, and plenty of pillows. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. We liked everything. The room didn't have a window, but we didn't really need one. The air conditioning and huge TV worked great. We were happy with everything.

The room was clean and odor-free. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful. They even upgraded our room for free when they saw we were a family of three. The facilities were great too, and the smart home features throughout the room were very convenient.

It was really good, clean and hygienic, and the service was great. The hotel was also very quiet. What I liked most was its proximity to the subway! The hotel is just around the corner from the exit, which made getting around super convenient. I left something in the hotel, and it wasn't stolen. Later, I contacted them, and they even helped me mail it back home.

The windows couldn't be opened, and there was a really strong, indescribable smell in the room. It was so bad it made my head ache and feel nauseous, like sleeping next to a toilet. The only good thing was the staff's excellent service, but the hotel facilities are old and it's hard to give it a good rating. I had booked for three nights, but I toughed it out for one and then quickly left. I just couldn't stand it anymore. The faucet and toilet flush button were all chipped and peeling – I forgot to take pictures. I didn't even dare look at the showerhead. The room smelled worse than the hallway, and with no way to open a window, it was a mix of dampness, a sewer smell from the toilet, and an unknown odor mixed with stale urine. I'm actually impressed I lasted one night, *sigh*.

What truly moved us was an urgent incident: my 80-year-old grandfather went out for a smoke and forgot his phone. When he didn't return for a long time, we were incredibly anxious and searched everywhere. In this critical moment, the front desk attendant immediately helped us check the surveillance footage, provided directions, and even joined the search with a kind cleaning lady. They were diligent and very responsible. After we successfully found my grandfather, the sky had grown dark and it looked like it was about to rain. The front desk attendant even specially rode a bike to bring us an umbrella, showing incredible attention to detail and always thinking of the guests. Throughout our stay, the service was enthusiastic and friendly, treating guests with genuine care and sincerity, without any perfunctory or indifferent attitude. It was full of human warmth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was absolutely impeccable. It was a particularly warm and memorable stay, and I'm now a deeply loyal fan. This will be my top choice for future trips. I sincerely thank all the staff and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, and right around the corner is Ziguan Garden Peking Duck, making it easy to get around. The environment is also quite pleasant. The front desk service was excellent, very patient and helpful!
