We only spent one night in the room, but the experience was good. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels, two pairs of slippers, and plenty of pillows. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. We liked everything. The room didn't have a window, but we didn't really need one. The air conditioning and huge TV worked great. We were happy with everything.

The hotel's facilities are very complete, and the room amenities are also brand new. The service is incredibly attentive, making you feel very comfortable and at ease. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, so the overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, and the bed was extremely comfortable, leaving me feeling very satisfied and happy!

Stayed here with my mom for one night right before Chinese New Year. I chose this hotel because of its direct proximity to Tiananmen Square. The room was small but well-equipped, and you can grab more bottled water from the front desk if you run out. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, but they were all closed for the holiday, making the area a bit deserted. We went to see the flag-raising ceremony in the morning, and both the bus and subway access were very convenient. However, the directions from Baidu Maps were a bit off, making it a little hard to find at first, but a quick call to the front desk sorted everything out.

Our child wasn't feeling well and unfortunately threw up on the blanket, but the staff happily and efficiently helped us resolve the issue. They even provided umbrellas on rainy days, which was a thoughtful touch for getting around. The self-service laundry room being free to use really enhanced my stay.
