The General Manager Kievits Kroon Gauteng Wine Estate I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation and praise for the exceptional service Alushca Swart provided, during the 21st Birthday Luncheon held on 8th December 2024 for my daughter Sai'an, at your prestigious estate. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication in ensuring the event's success were truly impressive. Her tireless efforts to co-ordinate the logistics and oversee the setup and execution of the event was outstanding. She was calm, composed and empathetic, especially when challenges and dilemmas from other service providers transpired. Alushca rose to the occasion and provided immediate solutions. This is a true testament to her management style, expertise and experience. Being a former event co-odinator for one of the largest organizations in South Africa, I can comprehend mishaps and catastrophy during an event. Her adversity management skills are impressive. The staff that she worked with were motivated, hense her ability to manage a team is brilliant. They worked together to provide extreme customer satisfaction on one of the hottest days this year. It was a blistering day - almost 38 degrees celsius at 12:00. Lastly the feedback from our guests, family and friends, has been overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the seamless organization and execution of the event. Her contribution to this success cannot be overstated. Finally to Alushca, please accept my sincerest gratitude for your hard work and commitment to excellence. Make sure and stay!! OMG!! What a find. We changed our travel plans at the last minute and booked hotel for 2 nights. It was fantastic!!!!! Beautiful, safe, luxurious, friendly, spotless. Win African wildlife in the gardens and excellent bars and restaurants it could not have been better

Terrible experience Terrible, dirty carpets, no wifi

My wife and I booked in for 2 nights from the 15th to 17th November 2024 in a luxury double room. The room however was disgraceful. Burn marks in the carpet, patio door broken and TV not working. Far from luxurious. They moved us for I night only, but wouldnt move us for 2nd night. We left the next day . Paid for 2 , only stayed for 1. Disgraceful.

What an experience! Perfect surroundings. The food was die for. The staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms very spacious and well equipped. Golf cart to drive me, a 80 year oldie, to the restaurant and back. Certainly a place to stay for a unforgettable experience. Thank you Yvette, Chef Sivy and Francois
