Salzburg Hotels with Bars

Location is super great of within 1 min walk from the train station. The room is clean and tidy!! However, no toothbrush or toothpaste will be provided. Water will leak from the bathing area when having shower :( so frustrated when you tried ur best to keep clean of the toilet

Pool and fitness centre was great-refreshing to have a swim after long days of walking. Close to main train station and 20-30 min walk to Salzburg old town! On arrival hairs on bathroom floor from previous guest. I got walked in on around 9.15am as i was getting changed by hotel staff- they did not knock and it wasn’t near or after check out time - wasn’t impressed!! I checked out on time. - then my room should have been checked/cleaned.

What an amazing hotel!!! Perfect location to explore Saltzburg. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more friendly. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river which was incredibly clean and very comfortable. There was an incredible number of options available at breakfast ,which could be eaten overlooking the river and mountains which was perfect before a day of sight seeing. We had a wonderful 48hrs in Saltzburg,thanks to this great hotel and its staff and would definitely highly recommend it

Near train station and bus stops, nice restaurants nearby, also a supermarket at the corner of the street. Overall very convenient. Room bit small and dim. Very appreciate of the small treats at lobby and friendly staff.

This hotel requires a deposit of 50 Euros. You must pay attention to the amount when swiping the card. I don’t have the habit of checking the amount. After swiping the card and arriving at the room, I received a text message to find out that I had swiped 1,090 Euros. Later, I asked the front desk to refund it. I don’t know if it was intentional or unintentional!

Everything is perfecto except a snoring roommate. I booked 2 nights at this hostel. The location is just 10mins from Salzburg main (train) station. Facilities were clean & their staffs were friendly. The common areas were cozy and the atmosphere made it easy to meet other travelers. The only downside was my snoring roomate whom I found out he was at the wrong bed. The 1st night he started to snore from 10pm to 4am, non stop. The 2nd night from 1am till morning 🙄 His snoring made the rest of us a bit hard to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea.

Nice and comfortable. Room carpet of music sheets. A cup in the room was not cleaned properly but room service changed the dirty cups and more coffee and tea and a 1ltr glass bottle of water the next day. Soundproofing is not so good. We got the room next to the lifts and we could hear people outside very loudly. A safety locker for keeping your important things. The TV you can reach to the back for HDMI but no casting your mobile for YouTube and stuff. Chromecast won't work with their wifi.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the central train station and bus station which is convenient if you are travelling to other places for example, Konigssee and Hallstatt. It is a bit further from the main attractions of Salzburg, around 15 minutes walk. There is no door for the shower and there is a see through glass between the bedroom and shower, not too private if you are travelling with someone else. Shower and toilet are separated. There is an electronic blinds available outside the window, which keep a bit privacy from the room to the outside. Drinking water is only available on the ground floor outside the reception. Reception is helpful but compared to my previously experience, doesn’t feel very welcoming. There are restaurants and a 24-hours kiosk store around the hotel.

Location: I like that bus stops are very near the hotel to go to the popular spots in the city. Far enough from the crowd but not too far from necessities such as supermarket (Billa) and a very good restaurant (Fuxn). Room: I am completely supportive of hotels not supplying disposables. Be prepared to have your own toiletries! Only trouble I had was the curtains in my room 110 didn’t close all the way and the balcony was open to occupants of the neighboring rooms. Had to find lots of ways to keep my room covered! Complimentary bottle of water is per stay, not per day. I see people complaining about the lighting in the rooms, but I think it’s the theme of the hotel and I personally like the style. Cleanliness: very satisfied with the daily housekeeping standards!

This hotel's location is excellent. It is about 15 minutes walk to the old town centre and 10 minutes to the railway station. The meeting point for local tours to Hallstatt and other places is just around the corner. The reception staff are always attentive and polite. They have greeted me with a smile whenever they saw me. The restaurant Mirabelle's Italian cuisine is one of the best I have ever tasted. The staff there are very welcoming and caring. The hotel's room service delivered very good food at a reasonable price too. The room is of a good size and the bed is comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the noise of the vehicle clearing rubbish bins. It always woke me up before six in the morning. So choose the rooms on the garden side if there is a choice.
