Fantastic hotel! Everything was handled perfectly by the excellent staff. Rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The onsen is also very spacious and clean. The value adds (honey buffet, hot drinks，late night desert and snacks) are a very welcome bonus. Pity that I couldn't book dinner.

Omg the service is so good ! You should book the room with Dinner and breakfast as you cannot eat outside during winter. Just snowing in Sapporo. I can enjoy the beautiful view in here .

Love the scenery. Great hotel for a night rest as it was quite and relax. Love the kiseki dinner and breakfast but need to be aware that there are no lunch option within the hotel. Thats a convenient store opposite

Because I booked late, I could only book this hot spring hotel with few compatriots. The actual experience was very pleasantly surprised! The various facilities in reality felt not as new as they looked in the photos, and the food was delicious! The desserts in the lounge were also delicious, not just for show. The only minus point is that the outdoor hot spring in the large bath (the one outside) requires going down a flight of stairs, which is a little cold. And the large bath does not provide bath towels, so you need to bring them from your room.

This trip to Dingxishan Hot Spring Town is definitely the most unforgettable memory since my overseas trip. The hotel facilities and services are perfect, and the food really amazed me. Even though the breakfast was wrong for personal reasons, the service staff still patiently arranged it for me in the private room, allowing me to enjoy this delicious food at my leisure. It was the first time I enjoyed the bathing experience in the open-air bath. When the snow slowly fell on your nose and shoulders, the comfortable enjoyment could not be described in words. At that moment, I felt that the whole world had frozen.

The room is very clean and comfortable. There are many free snacks in the lounge, and you can also taste Sapporo beer for free. The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast are rich and high quality. I will come again next time
