Very fun hotel, it’s like you are staying in Europe. The facilities are amazing. You have access to the hotel onsen which is very cool as well.

The room was huge and tidy. It even has a television! It had an amazing old school vibe.

We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.

The Hotel is nice, design is a European style, staff are accommodating and efficient, but I felt itchy with the bed, maybe its the type of cloth? But overall satisfied.

The hotel is very nice with very nice and helping stuff. Everything is clean. I love this hotel. I’ll be back again when I go to huis ten bosch next time.

Disappointed. The carpet, furniture and facilities are too old.

This Hotel very near the airport. It is good free drink both softdrink, coffee. and Very good breakfast. Nearby have a good restaurant for Barbecue/ Yakiniku called Nabeshma. Staff are good, they use translate machine help you clear the difficulties. They help me call taxi go to airport. This hotel very near the JR. you go by taxi

Hotel is a little bit dated. They should renovate the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very good though.

The Watermark Hotel is one of five official hotels in the Huis Ten Bosch Park in Kyushu. It is located toward the far end of the park, but faces the waterfront, so the view is quite beautiful. The hotel is not too new, but overall maintenance is good. If you drive, the parking lot is near the amusement park entrance, and you will will need to take the shuttle bus to get to the hotel as it is quite far to walk with luggage. However, there is a complimentary luggage delivery service right by the shuttle bus stop. You can just leave for luggage at the concierge and they will bring it to the hotel for you( May take a couple of hours as they said. ) this way, you can go into the park immediately. There is also free tickets to go to the onsen but also need to take the shirt bus for 5 minutes to get there. Breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose from- both western and Japanese food are available. Overall this is very decent hotel for the price.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location right next to the park ‘Huis ten Bosch’, so location can’t be better. We had a loft room. Good size but airco insufficient (fixed by opening a window as outside temp was low)and overall shape quite tired and in need of a renovation. Good to stay for a night if you can get a good price.

The hotel is old

The hotel rooms are spacious, and you can see the fireworks in the sea view rooms. The breakfast buffet is rich in food. There are special buses from the park to the hotel or hot spring area. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful and comfortable!

We stayed with three adults, and the room was very spacious and the atmosphere of Huis Ten Bosch was great. It would have been better if the toilet was separate... There were fireworks on the day, so we couldn't see them from the hotel, but we ate at a nearby restaurant and it was a great night. We had planned to go to the hot springs, but unfortunately we were too tired to go. Next time, I'll plan my trip more carefully. The breakfast was also great. The staff were very kind and we had a delicious, amazing breakfast. Next time, I'd like to stay here with my family of five.

The hotel waits until 15:00 to pick up the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is rich, delicious, and has many choices.... Well worth a trip to enjoy with your family! Stay in an ocean view room to enjoy the fireworks quietly!
