The hotel is a descent budget hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Its location is superior as it is only 5 minutes walk from the Westlake Station and in walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Needle and so on. It is also convenient to travel to other attractions by the city public buses, the King County Metro. For budget travellers like us, it is really value for money. The hotel is clean and safe with friendly staff and owner. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise and bonus to begin a day in a hectic schedule. The new owner has put in a lot of effort to improve its services.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Seattle. The location is very good, and the surrounding attractions are within walking distance, except for the University of Washington and Gas Works Park, which require taking the bus. The room is not big, but it is enough for two people. There is a microwave and a coffee machine, and two packs of small cookies are provided every day. Free coffee is available in the lobby. The front desk staff is very friendly. I recommend everyone to choose this hotel. However, it would be better if the hotel had breakfast.

It was very convenient because it was located at the middle point of Space Needle and Pike Place and both were within walking distance. The room is clean and large and has amenities. The room I stayed in was connected to the next room by a door (it was locked and it couldn't open), and it was noisy even in the middle of the night to open the next room. Breakfast is nothing cooked at the hotel, refrigerated burgers and bread, yogurt, Costco boiled * and fruits. There are cafes open from the morning around, so it is recommended to eat breakfast outside the hotel.

The transportation is convenient, only 5 minutes away from the subway entrance, and the bed is wide enough for one person to lie down freely.

Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed. My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too. Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

Stayed here for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features. Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio.

This is a very new hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a sea view room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay, with many guests, but everything was orderly. It's about a 7-minute walk from the subway station after taking one subway line from the airport. The breakfast quality was good, but the variety was a bit limited. It's also quite close to the cruise terminal.

The overall ambiance was lovely and very cozy, and the staff were very friendly. However, the day after checking in on August 1st, I received a text message notification that the elevator was out of order. Thankfully, I was on the second floor, so it wasn't a huge issue then. But by the time I checked out on August 6th, it still hadn't been fixed. With luggage and an early flight to catch, this became quite inconvenient. Cleanliness and attention to detail also need improvement. Rooms were cleaned every other day, and I left a $5 tip each time, but the cleaning staff even left a cleaning rag in the bathroom. One major drawback was the noise from being close to the road. On the first night, we heard fire engine sirens three times, but it was fine on subsequent nights. Overall, though, it's very convenient for getting around, and popular attractions are within walking distance.

Got a great last minute deal at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed sipping wine overlooking the water on a comfy couch by the lobby. Our room was small with a city view but clean and cozy. Only criticism is that we put out our order for breakfast the night before and it never came so we had to call room service twice and ended up giving them a phone order because no one ever came to the door to get the order slip. Overall wonderful place to stay and you can walk to everything.

The bed was too soft and saggy. Req for a foam pillow was forgotten. Bedroom slippers and kettle were not provided unless asked. 1 lift was down during our stay, housekeeping staff were using the only available guest lift. Stench from housing keeping trash filled the lift. Modern room, good location, poor water pressure. Toilet amenities were very medicore for the price. Hotel was willing to store my parcel prior to arrival. Airport transfer booked was prompt. Car valet was slow and very expensive.
