very convenient in terms of location. rate per night is also reasonably affordable. friendly and helpful staff. cleanliness is very good. room is quite spacious. facilities is good. only have to walk up the stairs for those with luggage is quite a hassle. overall is really recommended.

The room is located in Semporna town, one kilometer away from the coast, about 10 minutes walk, there are many small shops around, convenient for eating and shopping. The environment and service are worth the price, but the hot water in the room is not good, I took a cold shower for a few days, and there were ants crawling on the bed in the room.

This hotel is terrible. There are 5 or 6 hairs on the bedsheets. The hotel was not cleaned once during the three days we stayed there. The breakfast was just bread and eggs with some fried noodles. The surrounding environment is also dirty and messy.

The hotel is on the second floor, there is no elevator, you need to take your own luggage, it's no problem if you have less stuff!
The hotel is located, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea pier, I walk slowly!
