I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

Amazing location in the center of myungdong. You can walk to many tourist places. The breakfast places were too small and there were too many people waiting in line, definitely not enough capacity to hold the guests conveniently. Hope they can find a solution, for this. I also have to say that staffs at the swimming pool was very rude.

Excellent location in the heart of Seoul with easy access to temples, public transportation, and food. We had a suite that was smaller than most normal rooms at other Marriott properties (especially autograph tier) akin to staying in a New York or Hong Kong hotel. The size of the room was disappointing but ultimately it is a great location. The Boulangerie on the way to the metro is great 👌🏻

Excellent. The check-in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was abit expensive but quite good. The room was abit spacious, and clean. Location was about 6min slow walk away from DDP station. exit 12 lift. Location was walkable to Gwangjang market for food. Kudos to the cleanliness, location and amenities.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

I came up to Seoul to meet my friends, and there were so many people that I was scared of the corona virus, but fortunately there are no Chinese. I stayed in a double room, but the location is also in the center of Seoul, so it is easy to move around and close to Jongno 3 and Anguk Station. I had a few days, but I can boil ramen and the boss is so kind ~~ I will come again next time :)

The hotel is 5 ~ 7 minutes away from Exit 4 of Anguk Station, or walk from Exit 7 of Jongno 3rd Street. It will be more than 100 meters. There is an airport bus nearby within 5 minutes on foot. To Lotte, New World, all Tower Duty Free walks around 20 ~ 30 minutes. Hygiene is general, room space is enough to put down two 20-inch suitcases, no breakfast, I was told that the quilt was thin and made up, but I saw it today, it seems that it is like bed linen, etc. If I give a twin room Cover the next bed as well. The boss is okay, there is an elevator, it is not biased, 50 meters away is the road. The overall cost performance is not high, so I will live here again if I have no choice. A lot of drinks

Geographic location: First of all, the geographical location is very good. It is near the Jingdegong Zhonglu District, with fewer tourists, and the neighborhood is more antique and artistic. Take a taxi from Myeongdong to 5700, and it will be convenient to go to four stations on the subway. Service: The front desk starts at 8 o'clock. We arrived at the door before 8 o'clock and waited to open the door. As a result, we entered the lobby at 8 o'clock and waited until 10 o'clock. There is a signboard cat in the guest house house. The building is from 1 floor to 4 floor, but it is watching in various places. For that reason, it seems that it is marking everywhere, and there is a smell of the whole building. It was very cute, so I never felt disgusting. It may be difficult to stay if you don't like cats. I think the big luggage is hard because there is no elevator. Double bed room use. The key to the room is hard to open. It was older than I thought, but the cleaning was firm. The shower pressure and temperature were good. Amenities include shampoo, body soap, disposable body wash towels, solid soap, large face towels (2 sheets a day), and foot wiping towels. There are no toothbrushes, tissues, pajamas. The facilities are refrigerator, TV (NHK), cooler (cooling and dehumidification only), floor warming. I didn't have a dryer, but I think I can lend it to you. I stayed for 2 nights but there was no cleaning. There was a water server on each floor and it was convenient. Breakfast is bread, strawberry jam and margarine, coffee and simple. I think it's good to take breakfast in such a place because there are many popular cafes within walking distance. Ankoku station and Kushiro 3 Street station are the nearest stations, but the bus stop in front of shotoku Gu shrine is close, and Seoul station, Lotte young Plaza (Myeongdong) and Higashi daimon gate are also convenient because they arrive immediately. The limousine bus to Incheon Airport also came out about 1 〜 2 in 1 hour (if the road is good, it seems to arrive at １ hours strong, but I can't read the time, so I don't use it this time).

Right where all the action of Myeong-dong street market is! Staff were helpful. Able to store luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check out. Toilets are equipped with smart bidet (yay! with seat warmer!!!! so nice in cold weather). Room is clean, though looked a lil rundown, but still acceptable, given that we were mostly out. Halal food available at the street market too (The halal lamb skewer was the best I've had)! The strawberries, grapes that tasted like sweet jellly, (its a no wonder SG markets sells them soo expensive!) On weekdays, street market starts at 5pm, on weekend, it starts by afternoon. Apart from street markets, Lotte store is within walking distance for those who wishes to spend on the higher end products. Not to forget, Olive Young is all the rage there, especially during their sale for that Korean glass skincare! Managed to snag some Kpop items for kids back home. The light sticks were way cheaper than in Singapore, and there were so many merch and photocards available. Even the lomo cards are nice! The airport transfer bus is within walking distance from the hotel. The bus will stop at a few hotels within the area to pick up passengers heading along the way or towards airport. We took the airport transfer bus on a weekend to Incheon Airport Terminal 1. It cost 17000 won/per pax. Journey took nearly 2hrs, considering the weekend traffic at noon. Can't wait to visit again!

The hotel’s staff is very friendly, responsible, and helpful, we had a problem with the room and they solved it right away. The gym is really large and is equipped with lots of machines; there is even a separate room for yoga and stretching. The hotel is located next to the City Hall subway and the Deoksugung Palace; there are many places to eat nearby. It’s a fine place to stay while you are in Seoul.

Great location for this hotel! Right in the middle of stores and restaurants and cafés, really good. The staff was always very kind and the hotel is very clean. My only suggestion would to change a bit the buffet or to add a few things to it, we were staying for 4 nights and it got a bit boring... but it was okay anyways.

The location is so great, right in the middle of Seoul, surrounded by popular districts such as Myeongdong, Dongdaemun and pretty close to Hongdae too. Gangnam is relatively close as well. (I remember traveling approximately for 30 minutes by subway to most places. Tops 40 minutes, sometimes only 20. Which is not long at all in such a huge city.) In the area itself, the palaces and Insa-dong (popular place for tourists where they sell traditional items) are within a walking distance. On top of that, there is a convenience store right outside the hotel, and the neighbourhood was so calm and quiet! I never had any trouble sleeping thanks to that. Nearest subway station is about 5 minutes away. As for the room itself, it was clean and just what I had expected. They cleaned it daily, and refilled our toiletries too. Sure it was quite narrow, but that's just because I chose the cheaper option. The only negative thing I would have to say is that we couldn't flush paper down the toilet (because it clogged up). We had to throw it in the trash can instead. But that seems to be a common problem in country, so I don't hold it against the hotel. The toilet itself was super high tech though, with a built in bidet (and a bunch of other functions), so that was no problem. Just took some time getting used to. All in all, I'm satisfied. Would definitely stay there again. P.S: I was actually there in 2018 (June), but there were no later options than 2021. I don't know how so much time just flew by... But since that was such a memorable trip for me, I still remember everything very clearly.

It's a good value for money accommodation. Instead, the facilities are probably lacking, and smoking is prohibited, but it smells like cigarettes... Even considering that, it's a really good value for money accommodation! Recommended~
