The facilities, hygiene, and environment were all top-notch. The building is the tallest in the area, so even if the navigation is off, you can still find your way, which is a huge plus. Getting around was also very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again.

Epic experience. Landed in Seoul suddenly - randomly - for a family emergency. This hotel has been a bastion for my wife and I (and our child). The staff is so extremely friendly helpful and accommodating with every situation or question we have encountered. The food has been top notch and the facilities are all amazing. Pullman has singlehandedly defused what would have otherwise been an extremely stressful time for us in Seoul and for that we are sincerely greatful. A heartfilled thanks to the company and all staff. ~ 2814
