Cheap and well located if planning a stay in Lingang, Shuyuan area but otherwise do not deserve a 8.6 rating. Rooms are old with none to damaged amenities and very bad sound proofing (easy to hear anyone in the corridor area or even Front Desk and Housekeeping talking (shouting) to each other from a distance at 7-8am without any consideration of staying (resting) guests. The booking process is also unclear as there was no mention of “no window” for the room category I booked but I was finally downgraded to a small/central room with any window. Cleanliness is also very poor with tear down and stained sheets (see photo). I asked for new bedsheets but was finally offered to change room to what appear to be the room category I initially booked (larger but still no window). However this room was even worse (expect the bed sheet): spider and spider webs at every corners, old/noisy aircond etc… I finally changed back to the original room but taking the bedsheets of the new room with me. The same building has another hotel “Home Inn” which looked much more modern and clean from the outside but 2-3 tile more expensive … might be worth checking next time
